Abstract. Approved plans are used by companies to minimize losses during production processes. CV Adyriasta Jaya is one of the convection producing chino pants in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is the production process and the calculation of alternative aggregate planning strategies that can minimize production costs in order to maximize profits in the company. There are several strategies used in aggregate planning, namely the Constant Employment Inventory Level Strategy, the Constant Employment Subcontract Level Strategy, the Constant Overtime Labor Level Strategy, the Chase Strategy. Forecasting method used is the Least Square Method because it produces an Average Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Percezntage Error (MAPE) which develops other methods namely 417,513, 259579.4, and 0.349. From the results of the study can be seen from the methods used to analyze aggregate planning on CV Adyriasta Jayaz, each cost of Rp. 2,052,275,100, Rp. 2,200,387,000, Rp. 2,051,211,060. From this study it can be concluded more efficient planning using the Constant Level Labor Force Strategy with a total cost of Rp. 2,051,211,060.Keywords: Aggregate Planning, Level StrategiesAbstrak. Perencanaan agregat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk meminimalisir kerugian pada saat proes produksi. CV Adyriasta Jaya adalah salah satu konveksi yang memproduksi celana chino di kota Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merencanakan proses produksi dan menghitung alternatif strategi perencanaan agregat yang dapat meminimumkan biaya produksi guna memaksimalkan keuntungan pada perusahaan. Ada beberapa strategi yang digunakan pada perencanaan agregat yaitu Level Strategy Constant Workforce Inventory, Level Strategy Constant Workforce Subcontract, Level Strategy Constant Workforce Overtime, Chase Strategy. Metode peramalan yang digunakan adalah Metode Least Square karena menghasilkan Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE) dan Mean Absolute Percezntage Error (MAPE) terkecil diantara metode yang lain yaitu sebesar 417.513 , 259579.4 , dan 0.349. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa dari keempat metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisa perencanaan agregat pada CV Adyriasta Jaya, biaya masing-masing sebesar Rp.2.052.275.100 , Rp. 2.200.387.000 , Rp. 2.051.211.060. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perencanaan yang lebih efisien yaitu dengan menggunakan Level Strategy Constant Workforce Overtime dengan total biaya sebesar Rp. 2.051.211.060,-.Kata kunci: Perencanaan Agregat, Level strategy workforce |
