Abstract. The results of the study showed that 1) the level of spiritual leadership of the teachers was categorized “high”; 2) the level of the teachers’ working ethics viewed from the Islamic perspective was also classified “high”; 3) the teachers’ working performance was high; 4) the teachers’ spiritual leadership partially had a significant negative impact toward their performanfe; 5) their working ethics viewed from the Islamic perspective partially had a significant negative impact towards their performance; and 6) their spiritual leadership and working ethics viewed from the Islamic perspective simultaneouslu had a negative impact towards their working performance. It can be concluded that there is an influence of spiritual leadership and working ethics from the Islamic perspective towards the working performance of teachers at Albasyariyah Islamic Boarding School, Bandung, Indonesia.Keywords: Teacher Performance, spiritual leadership, working ethics of the Islamic perspective, working performanceAbstrak. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : 1) Tingkat kepemimpinan spiritual pada pondok pesantren Al-Basyariyah Bandung termasuk tinggi. 2) Tingkat etika kerja dalam perspektif islam pada pondok pesantren Al-Basyariyah Bandung termasuk tinggi. 3) Kinerja guru pada pondok pesantren Al-Basyariyah Bandung termasuk kategori tinggi. 4) Kepemimpinan Spiritual secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. 5) Etika Kerja dalam Perspektif Islam secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru 6) Kepemimpinan Spiritual dan Etika Kerja dalam perspektif Islam secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan Spiritual dan Etika Kerja dalam Perspektif Islam terhadap Kinerja Guru pada pondok pesantren Al-Basyariyah Bandung.Kata kunci: Kinerja Guru Kepemimpinan Spiritual, Etika Kerja dalam Perspektif Islam, Kinerja Guru
