Abstract.-The purpose-of this study was to to-find-out the application-of ticket price train Harina, to find out the service quality who carried out by train Harina, to find out the responses of respondents regarding purchasing decisions, to determine the prices influence on purchasing decisions, to know-the influence-of service-quality-on purchasing-decisions, and to-determine the influence of prices and service-quality on-purchasing-decisions. The methodology that was used is a method of surveying andltechniques of the withdrawal of the sampling method of accidential probabilityasample-is non. Theztype of-researchaconducted iszquantitativezverification. Population-in-this-research is-consumers train Harina. Sample-taken-is-100-respondents. The-method-of-analysis the-dataaused was-linear analysis-and-the worship-of idols-aims-to-reviewzof the relations between-independentzvariable-(X1)xandx(X2) with independent variable dependent variable. The results of thisnstudy state that the pricing of ticket train Harina it can be said enough. Themimplementation of the service quality itacan be saidagood. Consumeraresponsesaregarding purchase decisions on train Harina can be said quite good. The resultsqof thisqstudy indicate the influence of price and service quality on consumerapurchasemdecisions. Tujuan peenelitian-ini adalah-untuk mengetahui penerapan hargaztiket kereta api Harina, untukzmengetahuixpelaksanaan kualitasmpelayanan dimkereta api Harina, untukzmengetahuizkeputusan pembelian konsumen akan jasa kereta api Harina, untukzmengetahuinbesarnpengaruh harga terhadapmkeputusan pembelian, untuk mengeetahui besarzpengaruhakualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan untuk mencari seberapa besar pengaruh harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metodeayangadigunakancadalah metode survei danateknikwpenarikan sample adalah non probability-accidential-sampling. Jenis-penelitian-yang dilaksanakan bersifat verifikatif-kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen kereta api Harina. Sampleqyang diambilaadalah 100aorang-responden. Metodeaanalisis dataqyang digunakanmadalah analisis linear-berganda bertujuan-untuk mengetahui arah-hubungan antara-variable independen (X1)-dan variable-independen (X2) dengan-variable-dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penetapan harga tiket kereta api Harina dapat dikatakan cukup. Pelaksanaan kualitas pelayanan dapat dikatakan baik. Tanggapan responden mengani keputusan pembelian akan jasa kereta api Harina-dapat dikatakan-cukup. Hasilapenelitian iniamenunjukan adanyanpengaruh harga danakualitas pelayananaterhadap keputusanapembelian konsumen.Kata kunci: Harga, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Keputusan Pembelian
