Abstrak. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Firm Size, Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Cash Position and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Dividend Policy in companies listed on the Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) for the 2014-2017 period.This research is a quantitative study, the data used are secondary data, namely annual financial reports obtained from the official website of each company in the trade, service and investment sectors that are sampled. The research subjects in this study were 10 companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The analytical tool used was multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 16.0 program.The results showed that the size of the Company, Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Cash Position and Net Profit Margin (NPM) together or simultaneously proven and significant of the Dividend Policy. Partially Company Size, Total Asset Turn Over, and Net Profit Margin affect and significantly influence dividend policy. The Cash Position variable partially has no effect on dividend policy.Keywords: firm size, total assets turn over, cash position, net profit margin, dividend policy. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Firm Size, Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Cash Position Dan  Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap Kebijakan Dividen pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang tercatat di Indeks Saham Syariah (ISSI) periode 2014-2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif,data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan yang diperoleh dari website resmi setiap perusahaan sektor perdagangan,jasa,investasi yang dijadikan sampel. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 perusahaan yang tercatat di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Firm Size, Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), Cash Position,dan  Net Profit Margin (NPM) secara bersama-sama atau simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden. Secara parsial Firm Size, Total Asset Turn Over, dan Net Profit Marjin berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan deviden. Variabel Cash Position secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan deviden.Kata kunci : ukuran perusahaan, total perputaran aset, posisi kas, marjin laba bersih, kebijakan deviden.
