Abstract. This study examines the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Return On Assets (ROA) on Stock Returns in annual reports. The object of research used in this study is the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Company which was listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2016-2018. The sample research technique was conducted using a purposive sampling method which used 12 company samples and 36 sample data were obtained. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis as a method to measure the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable using SPSS 21. The results of research with multiple linear regression analysis show that Return on Assets (ROA) of 21.9% with a significant positive effect and followed by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of 19.6% with a significant positive effect, of the total contribution of 41.5%, while the remaining 58.5% was contributed by other variables outside the study. This study also shows that CSR) and ROA both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on Stock Returns.  Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Stock Return  Abstrak. Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap Return Saham di dalam laporan tahunan. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode tahun 2016-2018. Teknik penelitian sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang digunakan sebanyak 12 sampel perusahaan dan diperoleh 36 data sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda sebagai metode untuk mengukur pengaruh variable independen terhadap variable dependen dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset (ROA) sebesar 21,9% dengan pengaruh positif signifikan dan diikuti oleh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebesar 19,6% dengan pengaruh positif signifikan, dari total kontribusi sebesar 41,5%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 58,5% merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain diluar penelitian. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa CSR dan ROA baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham. Kata kunci: Return On Assets (ROA), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Return Saham
