dc.description Abstract. This study aims to 1) To determine the level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Teamwork at CV. Bastian Fahreza. 2) To Know the Level of Employee Performance in CV. Bastian Fahreza. 3) Analyzing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Teamwork to Employee Performance in CV. Bastian Fahreza. The technique for receiving samples is saturated sampling. This research uses descriptive and verification methods with the number of respondents as many as 66 people using data collection techniques in field research and library research. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at CV. Bastian Fahreza is included in the high category. 2) Teamwork at CV. Bastian Fahreza is included in the high category. 3) Employee Performance in CV. Bastian Fahreza is included in the very high category. 4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) affects employee performance. 5) Teamwork affects Employee Performance. 6) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)  and Teamwork affect Employee Performance. It can be concluded that there is a difference between Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Teamwork to Employee Performance in CV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Teamwork di CV. Bastian Fahreza. 2) Untuk Mengetahui tingkat Kinerja Karyawan CV. Bastian Fahreza. 3) Menganalisis bagaimana Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Teamwork terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Bastian Fahreza. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 66 orang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada CV. Bastian Fahreza termasuk kategori tinggi. 2) Teamwork pada CV. Bastian Fahreza termasuk kategori tinggi. 3) Kinerja Karyawan pada CV. Bastian Fahreza termasuk kategori sangat tinggi. 4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 5) Teamwork berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 6) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Teamwork berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan Teamwork terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV.
