dc.description Abstract, The make up artist profession is one of the professions that is mostly carried out and is still dominated by women, very few men carry out the work. These male makeup artists have to face a variety of negative stigma in society so these makeup artists need to manage their impressions so that the public can get a good impression according to the makeup of the artist's makeup. In this modern era, Instagram has become one of the platforms for male makeup artists to do impression management. The theory used in this research is dramaturgy theory. This study uses a qualitative research with a case study approach. Informants from this research are Ari Berinda Bestari, Rizky Hidayat, and Uju Juanas. The results of this study are: (1) Make up male artists doing impression management to show a positive and professional images (2) Male make up artists manage their impression’s through their Instagram by managing the appearance and manner , (3) Male make up artists’s has their own criteria when it comes to making a content for their instagram including photos, videos and instagram stories.Keywords: Impression Management, Make Up Artist, Negative StigmaAbstrak, Profesi make up artis merupakan salah satu profesi yang rata-rata dilakukan dan masih didominasi oleh wanita sangat sedikit pria yang melaksanakan pekerjaan tersebut. Para makeup artis pria ini harus menghadapi berbagai stigma negatif di masyarakat sehingga para makeup artis ini perlu melakukan pengelolaan kesan agar masyarakat bisa memperoleh kesan yang  baik sesuai haraoan para makeup artis. Di era yang serba modern ini, instagram menjadi salah satu platform bagi para makeup artis pria ini untuk melakukan impression management. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori dramaturgi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif dengan Pendekatan Studi Kasus. Informan dari penelitian ini yaitu Ari Berinda Bestari), Rizky Hidayat dan Uju Juanas. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Make up artis pria melakukan pengelolaan kesan untuk menampilkan suatu kesan dan membentuk kesan positif dan professional  (2) Para make up artis pria melakukan pengelolaan kesan melalui instagram mereka dengan mengelola penampilan (appearance) sikap dan perilaku serta cara bertutur kata (manner), 3) Dalam prosesnya konten yang dikelola baik foto, video dan instagram story memiliki kriteria tersendiri.Kata Kunci: Impression Management, Make Up Artis, Stigma Negatif
