dc.description Abstract. The problem of nutrition in children is one of the health problems currently being faced by various countries in the world. Indonesia is one of the countries with child nutrition problems, both undernutrition and overnutrition. A good nutritional status is the foundation for public health, if there is a nutrition problems, both undernutrition and over nutrition, then growth cannot take place optimally. School children need adequate nutrition to support learning activities at school. Adequate nutrition greatly affects the power of concentration and intelligence of children in receiving and absorbing any knowledge obtained at school. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the nutritional status of students in 069 Cipamokolan Derwati Elementary School Bandung. The type of method used in this research is quantitative descriptive research to describe the characteristics of variables. Data collection was carried out through measurements of height, weight, and anthropometry of body mass index (BMI). Then the research data is processed statistically and univariate analysis methods are performed.The results showed that body mass index according to age (BMI/U) in Elementary School Students 069 Cipamokolan Derwati Bandung grades 4-6, most students were in the normal category as many as 65.7%, thin as many as 13.7%, fat as many as 12.7%, very thin as many as 5.9% and obese as many as 2.0%. Height according to age (TB/U) the majority of students in the normal category as many as 60.8%, then short as many as 22.5%, very short as many as 16.7%, and there were no students in the high category.The conclusion of this study is the description of the nutritional status of students in 069 Cipamokolan Derwati Bandung Elementary School class 4-6 based on body mass index according to age (BMI/U) and height according to age (TB/U) mostly in the normal category.Keywords: Nutrition, Nutrition Status, Students Elementary School 069 Cipamokolan Derwati Bandung.Abstrak. Masalah gizi pada anak menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan yang saat ini sedang dihadapi berbagai negara di dunia. Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara yang mengalami masalah gizi pada anak, baik gizi kurang maupun gizi berlebih. Status gizi yang baik merupakan pondasi bagi kesehatan masyarakat, jika terjadi gangguan gizi, baik gizi kurang maupun gizi berlebih, maka pertumbuhan tidak dapat berlangsung secara optimal. Anak sekolah membutuhkan gizi yang baik untuk menunjang kegiatan belajar di sekolah. Gizi yang baik sangat mempengaruhi daya konsentrasi dan kecerdasan anak dalam menerima dan menyerap setiap ilmu yang didapat di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran status gizi siswa Sekolah Dasar 069 Cipamokolan Derwati Bandung. Jenis rancangan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik variabel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengukuran tinggi badan, berat badan, dan antropometri indeks massa tubuh (IMT). Lalu data hasil penelitian diolah secara statistik dan dilakukan analisis univariat.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa indeks massa tubuh menurut umur (IMT/U) siswa Sekolah Dasar 069 Cipamokolan Derwati kelas 4-6, terbanyak siswa berada pada kategori normal sebanyak 65.7%, kurus sebanyak 13.7%, gemuk sebanyak 12.7%, sangat kurus sebanyak 5.9% dan paling sedikit siswa dengan kategori obesitas sebanyak 2.0%. Tinggi badan menurut umur (TB/U) sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori normal sebanyak 60.8%, kemudian pendek sebanyak 22.5%, sangat pendek sebanyak 16.7%, dan tidak ada siswa dalam kategori tinggi.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah siswa Sekolah Dasar 069 Cipamokolan Derwati Kelas 4-6 indeks massa tubuh menurut umur (IMT/U) dan tinggi badan menurut umur (TB/U) sebagian besar termasuk kategori normal, namun masih terdapat siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori kurus dan sangat kurus, serta pendek dan sangat pendek.Kata Kunci : Gizi, Status Gizi, Siswa Sekolah Dasar 069 Cipamokolan Derwati  Bandung
