Abstract. Based on the data from World Health Organization (WHO), there are 5,4 million children under five years old died in 2017. One of the child health indicators in an effort to reduce child mortality is by giving immunizations. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between mother’s level of knowledge, mother’s attitude and beliefs with the completeness of routine immunizations in the Pasundan Primary Health Care Center Garut Regency. This research was conducted at Pasundan Primary Health Care Center to the mothers who have children aged 19-36 months who brought their children during September-October 2019. Cross sectional research methods and sampling with the technique used purposive sampling obtained the number of respondents 90 people. The results of this study found the level of maternal knowledge of routine immunization was sufficient (50.0%). Positive attitude toward immunization (98.9%). Beliefs in the immunization program expressed beliefs (87.8%). Completeness of complete immunization was (96.7%). There was no relationship between knowledge and completeness of immunization (p = 0.240); There was no relationship between attitude and completeness of immunization (p = 0.983); There was no relationship between maternal beliefs and completeness of immunization (p = 0.241). Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and beliefs of mothers with the completeness of routine immunizations at Pasundan Primary Health Care Center in Garut Regency.Keywords : Attitude, Beliefs, Immunizations, Level of knowledgeAbstrak. Berdasarkan data World Health Organization (WHO), terdapat 5,4 juta anak di bawah usia lima tahun meninggal pada tahun 2017. Salah satu indikator kesehatan anak dalam upaya mengurangi angka kematian anak yaitu dengan pemberian imunisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu, sikap dan kepercayaan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi rutin di Puskesmas Pasundan Kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Puskesmas Pasundan terhadap ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 19-36 bulan yang membawa anaknya selama bulan September-Oktober 2019. Metode penelitian cross sectional dan pengambilan sampel dengan teknik yang digunakan purposive sampling didapatkan jumlah responden 90 orang. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu terhadap imunisasi rutin cukup (50.0%). Sikap yang positif terhadap imunisasi (98.9%). Kepercayaan terhadap program imunisasi menyatakan percaya (87.8%). Kelengkapan imunisasi lengkap sebanyak (96.7%). Tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kelengkapan imunisasi (p=0.240); Tidak terdapat hubungan antara sikap dengan kelengkapan imunisasi (p=0.983); Tidak terdapat hubungan antara kepercayaan ibu dengan kelengkapan imunisasi (p=0.241).
