Abstract. Coronary Arterial Disease (CAD) is the main cause of death of all heart diseases, one of the risk factors for coronary artery disease is dyslipidemia, which is marked by an increase in cholesterol, especially Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol which can carry cholesterol into blood vessel cells, that affects stenosis in coronary arteries. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of cholesterol (LDL) with the degree of coronary arterial stenosis in coronary arterial disease in Bandung Hospital RSAI Bandung. This research method was analytic observational with cross sectional. The data were taken using Total sampling method with a total of 127 patients according to inclusion and exclusion. Data processing using the chi-square statistical test. The results showed the majority of patients showed an male sex, with most age groups are in 40-59 years and had high LDL cholesterol with stenosis at three-vessel disease (3VD).The results of statistical tests showed a significant relationship between LDL cholesterol and the degree of coronary artery stenosis with a value of p = 0.019. Penyakit Arteri Koroner (PAK) menjadi penyebab kematian utama dari seluruh penyakit jantung, salah satu faktor risiko PAK adalah dislipidemia yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kolesterol, terutama kolesterol Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) yang dapat mengankut kolesterol ke dalam sel pembuluh darah, sehingga dapat menyebabkan stenosis pada pembuluh darah koroner. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kolesterol ldlhubungan kolesterol LDL dengan derajat stenosis arteri koroner pada pasien PAK di Rumah Sakit Al Islam Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah analitik observational dengan desain potong lintang. Pengambian subjek penelitian menggunakan metode Total sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 127 pasien sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Pengolahan data menggunakan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas pasien memiliki jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan usia terbayak terdapat pada kelompok 40-59 tahun dan memiliki kolesterol LDL tinggi dengan stenosis pada three-vessel disease (3VD). Hasil uji statistik menunjukan terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kolesterol LDL dengan derajat stenosis arteri koroner dengan nilai p=0,019.Kata kunci: Derajat Stenosis, Kolesterol LDL, Penyakit Arteri Koroner |
