Abstract. Stroke is the second leading cause of death after heart disease. Indonesia is ranked first as the leading cause of death due to stroke compared to other ASEAN countries. The most important risk factor in the occurrence of hemorrhagic strokes is hypertension. Hypertension in the patient's first visit at the Hospital can determine the degree of the bleeding volume that causes a hemorrhagic stroke. This study aims to determine the association between the amount of bleeding volume and the blood pressure of hemorrhagic stroke patients at the first visit in the 2018 Al-Ihsan Bandung Regional Hospital. The research subjects were hemorhagic stroke patients’ medical record with high blood pressure at the first visit at Al-Ihsan Regional Hospital Bandung 2018 period that fulfilled the inclusion criteria . The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique that has been selected with the inclusion criteria. Samples were taken through medical records with a number of hemorrhagic stroke cases of 78 people. The design of this research is analytic observational with cross sectional design. The research data were analyzed using Mann-Whitney method. The results showed that there are 24 patients with >30 cc bleeding volume had third degree hypertension (68,6%), and 30 patients with <30 cc bleeding volume had third degree hypertension (69,8%). Thus, there is no significant association statiscally between the amount of bleeding volume and blood pressure of hemorrhagic patients at the first visit of Al-Ihsan Regional Hospital Bandung period 2018, with  p value = 1,000 (p value> 0.05). From the results of the study showed that the amount of bleeding volume was not related to the blood pressure of hemorrhagic stroke patients at the first visit at Al-Ihsan Regional Hospital Bandung in 2018. Keywords: first visit, hemorrhagic stroke, bleeding volume, blood pressureAbstrak. Stroke merupakan penyebab kematian terbanyak kedua setelah penyakit jantung. Indonesia menempati peringkat pertama penyebab kematian akibat stroke terbanyak dibandingkan dengan negara ASEAN lainnya. Faktor risiko yang paling berperan penting dalam terjadinya stroke perdarahan adalah hipertensi. Hipertensi pada pasien kunjungan pertama di RSUD dapat menentukan derajat besarnya volume perdarahan yang menyebabkan stroke perdarahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara besarnya volume perdarahan dengan tekanan darah pasien stroke perdarahan pada kunjungan pertama di RSUD periode 2018. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien stroke perdarahan dengan tekanan darah tinggi pada kunjungan pertama di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung periode 2018 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang sudah dipilih sesuai kriteria inklusi. Sampel diambil melalui rekam medis dengan jumlah kasus stroke perdarahan 78 orang. Desain penelitian ini bersifat analitik observasional dengan rancangan potong lintang. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 24 responden dengan volume perdarahan > 30 cc memiliki hipertensi derajat III atau 68,6% dan 30 responden dengan volume perdarahan < 30 cc memiliki hipertensi derajat III atau 69,8%. Tidak ada hubungan bermakna secara statistik antara besarnya volume perdarahan dengan tekanan darah pada kunjungan pertama pasien RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung periode 2018 dengan nilai p= 1.000 (p value >0,05). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya volume perdarahan tidak berhubungan dengan tekanan darah pasien stroke perdarahan pada kunjungan pertama di RSUD Al-Ihsan Bandung periode 2018.Kata  kunci: kunjungan pertama, stroke perdarahan, tekanan darah, volume perdarahan
