Abstract. PD. DH Bandung is a home industry scale company engaged in the food sector since 2006 which produces gelatin in packaging. The problem that occurs in the company is the presence of complaints from workers in the packaging section who feel fatigue and aches in certain body parts while doing their work, so that occasionally the workers take a short break to simply overcome fatigue and aches in between work hours resulting in order - order not to be packaged according to the allotted time. The purpose of this research is to identify what complaints are felt by workers, identify attitudes and work postures in the packaging section and design ergonomic work facilities in the packaging section. Based on the results of the spread of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, it showed a complaint on the body parts of the neck, shoulders, upper back, elbows, lower back, wrists, buttocks, thighs and knees. The results of the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) method obtained a final score of 6 which means it has a risk level of 2, which is a high risk category and immediate investigations and improvements are needed. The results of the anthropometric method show that the design measures will be used by 4 workers, 2 workers facing each other and 2 people next to each other so that workers can freely when doing their work. The design of the working facilities of the packaging table has a height of 61 cm, a length of 318 cm, a width of 106 cm and a gelatinous storage container has a length of 318 cm, a height of 25 cm and a width of 62 cm. the packing chair has a height of 46 cm, a 54 cm long pedestal, 31 cm wide pedestal, 31 cm long backrest and 36 cm wide backrest. The packaging table is designed to be able to store jelly boxes, this is done so that the hands of the workers in the packaging section can be supported by the table so that the hands of the workers do not feel tired quickly when doing their work.Keywords: Nordic Body Map, RULA, Antropometri.Abstrak. PD. DH Bandung merupakan sebuah perusahaan berskala home industry yang bergerak di bidang pangan sejak tahun 2006 yang memproduksi agar-agar dalam kemasan. Masalah yang terjadi di perusahaan adalah adanya keluhan dari pekerja pada bagian pengemasan yang merasa kelelahan dan pegal-pegal pada bagian tubuh tertentu pada saat melakukan pekerjaannya, sehingga sesekali para pekerja beristirahat sebentar untuk sekedar mengatasi rasa lelah dan pegal disela-sela waktu kerjanya yang mengakibatkan agar-agar tidak sempat dikemas sesuai dengan waktu yang telah ditentukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi apa saja keluhan yang dirasakan oleh pekerja, mengidentifikasi sikap dan postur kerja pada bagian pengemasan dan melakukan perancangan fasilitas kerja ergonomis pada bagian pengemasan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner Nordic Body Map, menunjukan adanya keluhan pada bagian tubuh leher, bahu punggung atas, siku, punggung bawah, pergelangan tangan, bokong paha dan lutut. Hasil dari metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) didapatkan skor akhir sebesar 6 yang berarti memiliki tingkat risiko sebesar 2, yaitu kategori risiko tinggi dan diperlukan adanya investigasi dan perbaikan segera. Hasil metode antropometri didapatkan ukuran rancangan yang akan digunakan oleh 4 orang pekerja, 2 orang pekerja saling berhadapan dan 2 orang saling bersebelahan satu sama lain sehingga pekerja dapat dengan leluasa ketika sedang melakukan pekerjaannya. Perancangan fasilitas kerja meja pengemasan memiliki ukuran tinggi 61 cm, panjang 318 cm, lebar 106 cm dan kotak tempat penyimpanan agar-agar memiliki ukuran panjang 318 cm, tinggi 25 cm dan lebar 62 cm. fasilitas kerja kursi pengemasan memiliki ukuran tinggi 46 cm, panjang alas kursi 54 cm, lebar alas kursi 31 cm, panjang sandaran kursi 31 cm dan lebar sandaran kursi 36 cm. Meja pengemasan dirancang untuk bisa menyimpan kotak agar-agar, hal itu dilakukan agar tangan dari pekerja di bagian pengemasan dapat ditopang dengan meja sehingga tangan dari pekerja tidak cepat merasa pegal pada saat melakukan pekerjaannya..Kata Kunci: Nordic Body Map, RULA, Antropometri. |
