dc.description Abstract. Counter X work to rovide mobile service, the owner of Counter X is Muslim. In Islam the work of providing service is called the ijarah contract. The formulation of the problem of this research are : How is Muamalah’s Jurispridence theory about the ijarah contract, how is the practice of handphone service services in Counter X Buahdua Sumedang Village, how is the analysis of Muamalah Jurisprudence on handphone service services in Counter X Buahdua Sumedang Village.the purpose of this study is to answer the formulation of the problem. This research is a field research with qualitative methode, and the analysis used is descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation.and the results of his research are : ijarah contracts are two people who make transaction between mu’jir dan musta’jir on conditiom that there are no element of meaningfulness and fraud. Practice in Counter X there is an ekement of fraud that is, Counter X is not honest in replacing components, the counter claims that the component is original, in fact the component is not original . handphone service practice at Counter X is not according to Muamalah Fiqh.Keyword : Fiqh Muamalah, Ijarah Covenant, Mobile ServiceAbstrak. Counter X bekerja memberikan jasa service handphone, pemilik Counter X beragama Islam. Dalam Islam pekerjaan memberikan jasa disebut dengan Ijarah. Rumusanmasalah penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana teori Fikih Muamalah tentang akad ijarah, bagaimana praktik jasa service handphone di Counter X Desa Buahdua Sumedang, bagaimana analisis Fikih Muamalah terhadap jasa service handphone di Counter X Desa Buahdua Sumedang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan metode kualitatif, dan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriftif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dan hasil penelitiannya adalah: akad ijarah adalah dua orang yang melakukan transaksi antara mu’jir dan musta’jir dengan syarat tidak ada unsur keterpaksaan dan penipuan. Praktek di counter X ada unsur penipuan yaitu, Counter X tidak jujur dalam penggantian komponen, pihak counter mengklaim bahwa komponen merupakan original, pada kenyataannya komponen tersebut tidak original. Praktek jasa service handphone di Counter X tidak sesuai dengan fikih muamalah.Kata kunci : Fikih Muamalah, Akad Ijarah, Jasa service Handphone
