dc.description Abstract. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of inclusive early childhood education management in TK Bandung, which includes managing learning programs, managing teaching and education personnel, managing infrastructure, managing financing, and managing students. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were principals and teachers. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation study. The results illustrate that the implementation is related to the management of learning programs, management of teaching and education personnel, management of infrastructure, management of financing, student management. The management of learning programs implemented by TK Bandung includes curriculum guidelines, standards for child development achievement levels (STTPA) and assessment. management of inclusive early childhood teaching and education personnel includes recruitment, coaching, dismissal and retirement. Management of inclusive early childhood education facilities includes planning and procurement, structuring, maintenance. Management of inclusive early childhood education financing includes school education funding, financing to increase student co-potential. Student management includes recruitment / data collection, data collection and reporting of children's learning progress, guidance and guidance for student discipline.Keywords: Inclusive early childhood education managementAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terhadap implementasi manajemen pendidikan anak usia dini inklusif di TK Bandung yang meliputi pengelolalaan program pembelajaran, pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, pengelolaan sarana prasarana, pengelolaan pembiayaan, pengelolaan kesiswaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitiannya kepala sekolah dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa implementasi terkait pengelolalaan program pembelajaran, pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, pengelolaan sarana prasarana, pengelolaan pembiayaan, pengelolaan  kesiswaan. Pengelolalaan program pembelajaran yang di implementasikan oleh TK Bandung meliputi pedoman kurikulum, standar tingkat pencapaian perkembangan anak (STTPA) dan penilaian. pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan anak usia dini inklusi meliputi rekrutmen, pembinaan, pemberhentian dan pemensiunan. Pengelolaan sarana prasarana Pendidikan anak usia dini inklusi meliputi perencanaan dan pengadaan, penataan, pemeliharaan. Pengelolaan pembiayaan  pendidikan anak usia dini inklusi meliputi pembiayaan pendidikan sekolah, pembiayaan peningkatan kopotensi siswa. Pengelolaan  kesiswaan meliputi rekrutmen/pendataan, pendataan dan pelaporan kemajuan belajar anak, bimbingan dan pembinaan disiplin siswa.Kata kunci : Manajemen Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Inklusif, Inklusif.
