Abstract. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of the teacher's efforts in implementing classroom management at the Nurul Hikmah PAUD Post, Lengkong District, Bandung City which includes 1) teacher academic activities, 2) teacher administrative activities, and 3) teacher organizational activities. The method used in this research is the method of analysis, namely to obtain data by identifying and exploring about the teacher's efforts in carrying out classroom management activities at the PAUD Post, so that the research under study will be described as from the results of interviews and observations and strengthened by documentation in the field as it is. , without giving any treatment. The subjects in this study were teachers and school principals who were at the Nurul Hikmah PAUD Post, Lengkong District, Bandung City. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of data collection were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results of the study illustrate that the implementation of academic activities carried out by teachers at the Nurul Hikmah PAUD Post which starts from planning teaching, implementing teaching and assessing teaching. Administrative activities carried out by teachers at the Nurul Hikmah PAUD Post to support the smooth running of learning activities include administration of activities before teaching, administration of activities currently carrying out teaching and administration of activities at the end of teaching. Organizational activities carried out by teachers at the Nurul Hikmah PAUD Post include; able to create a pleasant atmosphere, carry out teaching in accordance with the curriculum, pay attention to the condition of the child. Class recording that includes; student attendance, notes of children's assignments, anecdote notes and notes of student master lists. Teacher registration includes; syllabus, grade book, note book and teacher agenda book, class inventory and report cards.Keywords: Classroom management, teacher activities, Early Childhood EducationAbstrak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang upaya guru dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan kelas pada Pos PAUD Nurul Hikmah Kecamatan lengkong Kota Bandung yang meliputi 1). Aktivitas akademik guru, 2). Aktivitas administratif guru, dan 3). Aktivitas organisasional guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis yaitu untuk memperoleh data dengan cara mengidentifikasi dan menggali tentang upaya guru dalam melaksanakan aktivitas pengelolaan kelas di Pos PAUD, sehingga penelitian yang diteliti akan di deskripsikan sebagaimana dari hasil wawancara dan observasi dan dikuatkan dengan dokumentasi dilapangan apa adanya, tanpa memberikan treatment apapun. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru dan kepala sekolah yang berada di Pos PAUD Nurul Hikmah Kecamatan Lengkong Kota Bandung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari pengumpulan data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa Pelaksanaan kegiatan akademik yang dilakukan guru di Pos PAUD Nurul Hikmah yang dimulai dari merencanakan pengajaran, melaksanakan pengajaran dan menilai pengajaran. Kegiatan administratif yang dilakukan guru di Pos PAUD Nurul Hikmah untuk mendukung lancarnya kegiatan pembelajaran diantaranya terdiri dari administrasi kegiatan sebelum mengajar, administrasi kegiatan sedang melaksanakan pengajaran dan administrasi kagiatan diakhir mengajar. Kegiatan organisasional yang dilakukan guru di Pos PAUD Nurul Hikmah diantaranya; mampu menciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan, melaksanakan pengajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum, memperhatikan kondisi anak. Pencatatan kelas yang mencangkup; absensi siswa, catatan tugas anak, catatan anekdot dan catatan daftar induk siswa. Pencatatan guru meliputi; silabus, buku nilai, buku notulen dan buku agenda guru, inventaris kelas dan raport.Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan kelas, aktivitas guru, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini
