dc.description Abstract. Playing infrastructure is an important role in PAUD institutions. These playing facilities can be used properly if managed properly so it is important for educational institutions to manage playing facilities. But the facts in the field are that there are 7 PAUDs in Cinambo District with 35 teachers and 13 PAUD in Arcamanik District with 52 teachers, where nearly 60% of teachers in each sub-district rarely use the media. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) How is the planning of playing facilities in PAUD institutions? (2) How are the playing facilities used in PAUD institutions? (3) How to maintain play facilities in PAUD institutions? Researchers used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The informants in this study were the principal, the school asset section, administrative staff, teachers, school guards. With data collection techniques, namely non-participant observation, documentation study and in-depth interviews. The data analysis techniques used in this study were data reduction, data exposure and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are: (1) Planning for playing facilities in a kindergarten has been implemented. (2) The use of playing facilities in a kindergarten has been partially implemented. (3) The maintenance of playing facilities in a kindergarten has been partially carried out.Keywords: Playing Infrastructure, ManagementAbstrak. Sarana bermain penting keberadaannya di lembaga PAUD. Sarana bermain tersebut dapat digunakan dengan baik apabila dikelola dengan baik sehingga penting bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk mengelola sarana bermain. Tetapi fakta di lapangan terdapat 7 PAUD di Kecamatan Cinambo dengan jumlah guru 35 orng dan 13 PAUD di Kecamatan Arcamanik dengan jumlah guru 52 orang, dimana hampir 60% guru di masing-masing kecamatan sangat jarang menggunakan media. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana perencanaan sarana bermain di lembaga PAUD? (2) Bagaimana penggunaan sarana bermain di lembaga PAUD? (3) Bagaimana pemeliharaan sarana bermain di lembaga PAUD?. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskripsi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, bagian aset sekolah, staf TU, guru, penjaga sekolah. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi non partisipan, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara secara mendalam. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, paparan data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Perencanaan sarana bermain di sebuah TK telah dilaksanakan. (2) Penggunaan sarana bermain di sebuah TK telah sebagian dilaksanakan. (3) Pemeliharaan sarana bermain di sebuah TK telah sebagian dilaksanakan.Kata Kunci: Sarana Bermain, Pengelolaan.
