dc.description Abstract. Indonesia has the goal of developing knowledgeable people and noble characters. Thomas Lickona (2012) Character education is an effort made intentionally to make individuals instill and develop virtue in thinking and behaving in life. SDIT Al-Fitrah Bandung develops character education based on the Al-Quran and Hadith through school programs. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of character education at SDIT Al-Fitrah Bandung, which is based on the perceptions of stakeholders (students, parents, teachers and school staff). This research method is quantitative with a descriptive study with 32 adults and 80 students as the subject. The data were collected using a questionnaire about the profile of caring communities and the Respect & Responsibility School Culture Survey. The results of the study showed that the rewards of adult students and high students were 71.9% and 63.75%, moderate student friendship was 53.1% and 55%, the forming environment of students was 53.1% and 50%, caring support by the faculty was high 71, 9 % and 72.5%, high parental care support 96.9% and 73.75%, then the respectful aspect is 90.6% and 83.75%, the high category responsibility is 100% and 82.5% and the bullying aspect is moderate 51.25%. Based on the research results, the aspect of character education that has not been maximized can be done through activities related to friendship and school rules.Keywords: Students, Character Education, Elementary SchoolAbstrak. Indonesia memiliki tujuan mengembangkan manusia yang berilmu dan karakter yang mulia. Thomas Lickona (2012) Pendidikan karakter adalah usaha yang dilakukan sengaja untuk membuat individu menanamkan dan mengembangkan nilai kebajikan dalam berpikir dan berperilaku kehidupan. SDIT Al-Fitrah Bandung mengembangkan pendidikan karakter berdasarkan Al-Quran dan Hadits melalui program sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai implementasi pendidikan karakter di SDIT Al-Fitrah Bandung, yang berdasarkan persepsi stakeholder (siswa, orangtua, dan guru beserta staf sekolah). Metode penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan studi deskriptif dengan jumlah subjek 32 dewasa dan 80 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner School as a caring community Profil dan Respect & Responsibility School Culture Survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukan student respect dewasa dan siswa tinggi 71,9% dan 63,75%, student friendship belonging sedang 53,1% dan 55%, student shaping environment sedang 53,1% dan 50%, support care by faculty tinggi 71,9% dan 72,5%, support care by parents tinggi 96,9% dan 73,75% kemudian aspek menghargai 90,6% dan 83,75%, tanggung jawab kategori tinggi sebesar 100% dan 82,5% serta aspek bullying sedang 51,25%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, aspek pendidikan karakter yang belum maksimal dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pertemanan dan aturan di sekolah.Kata Kunci: Siswa, Pendidikan Karakter, Sekolah Dasar
