dc.description Abstract.Teachers, especially homeroom teachers, experience various challenges when teaching in inclusive schools. The teacher's response in dealing with this situation varies, including teachers feel the need to pay special attention to student with special needs, but teachers also do not want other student to feel neglected, teachers feel physically and emotionally exhausted so that some teachers end up only let student with special needs do whatever they want in class, but there are also teachers who continue to teach their students slowly and try to find the right method. Based on this phenomenon, this articles aims is to describe the degree of patience of teachers at inclusive primary schools. This research was use descriptive method, with a homeroom teachers in Bandung primary school which is divided into 4 zones as a population. With quota sampling obtained 84 research samples. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is distributed online. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that 68 or 81% of teachers had a high degree of patience and 16 or 19% of teachers had a moderate degree of patience.Keywords : Patience, Teacher, Inclusive School.Abstrak. Guru terutama wali kelas mengalami berbagai tantangan dalam mengajar di sekolah inklusi. Respon guru dalam menghadapi keadaan tersebut bervariasi diantaranya guru merasa harus memberikan perhatian khusus pada SBK namun guru juga tidak ingin anak lainnya merasa ditelantarkan, guru merasakan kelelahan baik secara fisik maupun emosional sehingga terdapat guru yang akhirnya hanya membiarkan SBK melakukan apapun yang mereka mau dalam kelas, namun ada pula guru yang tetap mengajari siswa secara perlahan dan berusaha menemukan metode yang tepat. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran derajat kesabaran pada guru SD Negeri Inklusi Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan populasi wali kelas di SD Negeri Kota Bandung yang terbagi menjadi 4 zona wilayah pembagian sekolah. Dengan quota sampling, diperoleh 84 sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 68 atau 81% guru memiliki derajat kesabaran yang tinggi dan 16 atau 19% guru memiliki derajat kesabaran sedang.Kata Kunci : Kesabaran, Guru, Sekolah Inklusi.
