Abstract. The Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic that occurred at the end of 2019 has quickly spread in most countries and regions, has also changed the way learning and working towards virtualization. This requires the government to create an online-based learning system. Many support learning applications available offer a variety of options, thus encouraging one to create a method that is one of the methods in statistics, namely the Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE) method. The DCE method has advantage for allowing researchers to collect information comparable to lower costs, characterize the additional advantages of respondents obtained from different attributes, and explain the characteristics of utility functions, so that policy making produces benefits. In determining the number of alternative designs used is a complete factorial design with three attributes that each have two levels so that obtained 8 alternatives. In determining the choice set using random sampling techniques and obtained 16 choice sets, with research respondents, namely high school students or equivalent in Sumbawa regency as many as 140 respondents. The data collected then analyzed by using logistic regression. The results of this study are the policy of online learning aids using mobile phones, the interaction between teachers and students directly and the method of assessment using the value of assignments. The characteristics of respondents who influenced the formation of the policy draft are gender variables.Keywords: Random Design, Experimental Discrete Choice, Complete Factorial, and Logistic Regression.Abstrak. Pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) yang terjadi akhir 2019 lalu dengan cepat menyebar di sebagian besar negara dan wilayah, juga telah mengubah cara belajar dan bekerja menuju virtualisasi. Hal ini mengharuskan pemerintah membuat sistem pembelajaran yang berbasis online. Banyaknya aplikasi penunjang pembelajaran yang tersedia menawarkan berbagai pilihan yang beragam, Sehingga mendorong seseorang untuk membuat suatu metode yang merupakan salah satu metode dalam statistika, yaitu metode Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE). Metode DCE memiliki keunggulan memungkinkan peneliti mengumpulkan informasi sebanding dengan biaya yang lebih rendah, mengkarakteristikkan keuntungan tambahan dari responden yang diperoleh dari atribut yang berbeda, dan menjelaskan ciri fungsi utility, sehingga pembuatan kebijakan menghasilkan manfaat. Dalam menentukan jumlah alternatif desain yang digunakan adalah desain faktorial lengkap dengan tiga atribut yang masing-masing mempunyai dua taraf sehingga diperoleh 8 alternatif. Dalam menentukan choice set menggunakan teknik sampling acak dan didapatkan 16 choice set, dengan responden penelitian yaitu siswa SMA atau sederajat di Kabupaten Sumbawa sebanyak 140 responden. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa kebijakan alat bantu pembelajaran online menggunakan hp, adanya interaksi antara guru dengan siswa secara langsung dan metode penilaian menggunakan nilai tugas. Karakteristik responden yang mempengaruhi pembentukan rancangan kebijakan yaitu variabel jenis kelamin.Kata Kunci: Desain acak, Discrete Choice Eksperiment, Faktorial Lengkap, dan Regresi Logistik. |
