Abstract. Academic information system is a system that processes academic data in an educational institution. The academic information system is also an indicator that supports the academic atmosphere at the university. Bandung Islamic University (Unisba) has an academic information system (Siakad), Unisba must know the preferences of student preferences for the services they need. Based on this information, the problem in this study is formulated as follows: (1 What kind of academic information system is in demand by students at the Islamic University of Bandung using the DCE method? (2) What demographic factors affect respondents' interest in choosing each alternative? Researchers use the method Discrete Choice Experiment using aalternative design full factorial and adesign choice set combinatorial. The population chosen in this study were students of the Islamic University of Bandung. The results of this study were: (1) Academic information systems that students are interested in are self-operation, information content. complete and color appearance is not striking. (2) Demographic variables that affect the alternative choices are found in alternatives 1,2,3 and 4, for alternatives 5,6,7 and 8 there are no demographic variables that affect the choice of alternatives.Keywords: DCE, Full Factorial, Academic Information System. Abstrak. Sistem informasi akademik adalah suatu sistem yang mengolah data akademik pada suatu instansi pendidikan. Sistem informasi akademik juga merupakan salah satu indikator yang mendukung suasana akademis di universitas. Universitas Islam Bandung (Unisba) memiliki sistem informasi akademik (siakad), Unisba harus mengetahui preferensi preferensi mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang mereka butuhkan. Berdasarkan informasi tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1 Sistem infomasi akademik yang seperti apa yang diminati mahasisawa Universitas Islam Bandung menggunakan metode DCE? (2) Faktor demografi apa saja yang mempengaruhi ketertarikan responden dalam memilih setiap alternatif? Peneliti menggunakan metode Discrete Choice Experiment dengan menggunakan desain alternatif full factorial dan desain choice set kombinatorial. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Bandung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Sistem informasi akademik yang diminati mahasiswa yaitu pengoperasian dapat dilakukan sendiri, konten informasi lengkap dan tampilan warna tidak mencolok. (2) Variabel demografi yang mempengaruhi pilihan alternatif terdapat dalam alternatif ke-1,2,3 dan 4, untuk alternatif ke-5,6,7 dan 8 tidak ada variabel demografi yang mempengaruhi piliham alternatif.Kata Kunci: DCE, Full Factorial, Sistem Informasi Akademik.
