Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of ASN (State Civil Apparatus) in cycling in the city of Bandung. This research method uses a quantitative approach with Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The source of this research uses primary data. This research data collection using a questionnaire. The sample of this study was 100 ASN using simple random sampling technique. Based on the overall satisfaction index, ASN satisfaction in cycling is in the Quite Satisfied category. This shows that there needs to be an increase in order for maximum results to be obtained. The priority for improving the performance of the service of the Bandung City Government regarding the call for cycling based on Importance-Performance Analysis including the availability of letter markers, symbolic markers, road dividers, road signs for cyclists, bicycle parking facilities at workplaces and integration of bicycle lanes, supporting physical conditions and road infrastructure conditions that ensure safety on the road for ASN cycling to work. In addition, there are civil servants who use bicycles to work only because there are demands and appeals from office leaders, the above matters need to be a priority for the Bandung City Government.Keywords: Satisfaction, Cycling, State Civil ApparatusAbstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan ASN (Aparatur Sipil Negara) dalam bersepeda Di Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Sumber penelitian ini menggunakan data primer. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 ASN dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Berdasarkan indeks kepuasan secara keseluruhan, kepuasan ASN dalam bersepeda di Kota Bandung berada pada kategori Cukup Puas. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perlu adanya peningkatan agar hasil diperoleh lebih maksimal. Prioritas perbaikan kinerja atribut pelayanan Pemerintah Kota Bandung mengenai himbauan untuk bersepeda berdasarkan Importance-Performance Analysis meliputi ketersediaan marka huruf, marka lambang, pembatas jalan, rambu-rambu untuk jalur pesepeda, fasilitas parkir sepeda di tempat bekerja serta terintegrasijnya jalur sepeda, mendukungnya kondisi fisik dan kondisi infrastruktur jalan yang menjamin keamanan di jalan bagi ASN bersepeda ke tempat kerja. Selain itu masih terdapat ASN yang menggunakan sepeda ke tempat bekerja hanya karena ada tuntutan dan himbauan pimpinan kantor, hal-hal diatas tersebut perlu menjadi prioritas perhatian bagi Pemerintah Kota Bandung.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Bersepeda, Aparatur Sipil Negara |
