Abstract. After mining andesite from nature, it must go through a processing process before being marketed, the andesite rock processing uses a series of machine called a crushing plant, In the processing, it cannot be avoided that there will be problems that affect the production of the crushing plant, To be able to identify any problems that occur at the crushing plant and cause the production target not achieved, direct observation is required at the crushing plant. To analyze the crushing plant, the research data was collected by direct observation in the field and literature study of the theory related to the crushing plant and processed and analyzed theoretically so that the results of the study were obtained. Problems that occur in the crushing plant will have an impact on the production of the crushing plant, the main impact is the production target cannot be achieved, the actual production of the crushing plant is 71.596 tons / hour while the target is 90 tons / hour. To be able to achieve the production target, it must be done to reduce the time constraint and increase the production from the mining area. Work efficiency of the crushing plant is 78.859%, crushing plant Mechanichal Availability 91,1%, Physical Availability 92,313%, Use of Availability 85,243%, and Effective Utilization 78.69%, Production Rate Index for Primary Crushing 41.125%, Secondary Crushing 70.324%, and Return Crushing 41.458%.Key Word: Crushing Plant, Production, Production Rate Index.Abstrak. Setelah melalui proses penambangan batuan andesit dari alam harus melalui proses pengolahan terlebih dahulu sebelum dipasarkan, proses pengolahan batuan andesit menggunakan suatu rangkaian alat yang disebut crushing plant, pada proses pengolahan tidak dapat dihindari akan terdapat permasalahan-permasalahan yang muncul dan akan berpengaruh terhadap produksi dari crushing plant. Untuk dapat mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah apa saja yang terjadi pada crushing plant dan menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target produksi maka di perlukan pengamatan langsung pada crushing plant. Untuk dapat menganalisis crushing plant maka dilakukan pengambilan data penelitian dengan cara pengamatan langsung dilapangan dan studi literatur terhadap teori yang berhubungan dengan crushing plant yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis secara teoritis sehingga diperoleh hasil dari penelitian tersebut. Masalah-masalah yang terjadi pada crushing plant akan berdampak kepada produksi crushing plant tersebut, dampak utama nya adalah target produksi yang tidak dapat tercapai, dimana produksi aktual crushing plant saat ini yaitu 71,596 ton/jam sedangkan target yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan adalah sebesar 90 ton/jam. Untuk dapat mencapai target produksi harus dilakukan pengurangan waktu hambatan dan meningkatkan produksi dari area penambangan. Efisiensi kerja dari crushing plant berada pada nilai 78,859 %, nilai availability crushing plant yang diperoleh yaitu Mechanichal Availability sebesar 91,1%, Physical Availability sebesar 92,313%, Use of Availability sebesar 85,243%, dan Effective Utilization sebesar 78,690%, sedangkan nilai Production Rate Index diperoleh Primary Crushing sebesar 41,125%, Secondary Crushing sebesar 70,324%, dan Return Crushing sebesar 41,458%.Kata Kunci: Pabrik Peremuk, Produksi, Indek Kecepatan Produksi |
