Abstract. PT Gunung Sampurna Makmur is a private company that has the status of Domestic Capital Company (PMDN) which was founded on October 12, 2001. The company is engaged in mining for the category of rock minerals in the form of andesite. The area of the mining area originating from the Governor of West Answer Decree No 541.3 / 088 / Kpts / Esdm is 18.51 Ha. There are a number of technical matters that have had an impact and may result in the transportation production target not being achieved. These include work efficiency, distribution time, estimates (availability) and use of each conveyance. For this reason, it is necessary to emphasize the ongoing production to be able to see the achievement of these production targets. This research was carried out in shift 1 with the length of the path starting from the loading area to the crushing plant of 1,255.40 M and the average road grade was 7.61 °. The unit used to transport the material is MAN CLA 26,280, while the loading tool is the Kobelco SK 330 Excavator. The material condition has high hardness, so blasting activities are needed to assist the excavation process. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to conduct an assessment of work efficiency, payload distribution and dump truck activity. The number of counts (Mechanical Availability) is 83.95%, the physical figure (Physical Availability) is 86.21% and the total use value (Availability of Use) is 82.44% and for effective use (Effective of Utilization) is 71.08. %. The performance of the truck that has the best payload is a truck with code 3 DT 11. For the production of transportation equipment, it is observed to have an average of 147.76 tons / shift / tool and with this value the total production is 1,887.04 tons / shift. From these results, it is said that the production of transportation equipment available as long as it is still not good because it still cannot meet the production target of 2,600 tons / shift. In order to improve production yields in order to achieve the production target of 2,600 tons / shift, efforts were made to increase the loading volume of material transported, which was previously 6.20 times the average load, increased to 9 times the material load. With the increase in the amount of marine, the production yield could increase by 25.93 percent from the previous one, so that it could produce a production of 2,561.16 tons / shift.Keywords: Work efficiency, Productivity, Production.Abstrak. PT Gunung Sampurna Makmur merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang memiliki stasus Perusahaan Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN) yang didirikan sejak tahun 12 Oktober 2001. Perusahaan ini bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan untuk golongan bahan galian batuan yang berupa batu andesit. Luas wilayah penambangan yang diizinkan melalui keputusan Gubernur Jawab Barat No 541.3/088/Kpts/Esdm seluas 18,51 Ha. Ada beberapa hal teknis yang berpengaruh dan dapat mengakibatkan target produksi pengangkutan belum tercapai. Hal-hal tersebut antara lain efisiensi kerja, waktu edar, ketersediaan (availability) dan penggunaan masing-masing alat angkut. Untuk itu perlu dilakukannya kajian terhadap produksi yang sedang berjalan untuk dapat mengetahui ketercapaian target produksi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukakan pada shift 1 dengan panjang lintasan mulai dari loading area menuju crushing plant sebesar 1.255,40 M serta rata-rata grade jalan sebesar 7,61°. Unit yang digunakan untuk mengangkut material adalah MAN CLA 26.280, sedangkan alat muatnya adalah Excavator Kobelco SK 330. Kondisi material memiliki kekerasan yang tinggi, sehingga diperlukan kegiatan peledakan untuk membantu proses penggalian. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka dari itu perlu dilakukan pengkajian terhadap efesiensi kerja (job efficiency), distribusi muatan (payload) dan aktivitas dump truck. Adapun ketersediaan mekanis (Mechanical Availability) sebesar 83,95%, ketersediaan fisik (Phisycal Availability) sebesar 86,21% dan nilai ketersediaan penggunaan (Use Availability) sebesar 82,44% serta untuk penggunaan efektif (Effective of Utilization) sebesar 71,08%. Kinerja truk yang memiliki muatan paling baik adalah truk dengan kode 3 DT 11. Untuk produksi alat angkut yang diamati memiliki rata-rata 147,76 ton/shift/alat dan dengan nilai tersebut didapatkan jumlah produksi sebesar 1.887,04 ton/shift. Dari hasil tersebut, dikatakan bahwa produksi alat angkut yang tersedia selama pengamatan masih belum baik dikarenakan masih belum bisa untuk memenuhi target produksi sebesar 2.600 ton/shift. Untuk memperbaiki hasil produksi agar dapat mencapai target produksi sebesar 2.600 ton/shift, dilakukan upaya dengan meningkatkan jumlah pemuatan material yang diangkut yang sebelumnya rata-rata 6,20 kali muatan, ditingkatkan menjadi 9 kali muatan material. Dengan peningkatan pada jumlah mautan, hasil produksi dapat meningkat sebesar 25,93 persen dari sebelumnya, sehingga dapat menghasilkan produksi sebesar 2.561,16 ton/shift.Kata Kunci: Efisiensi kerja, Produktivitas, Produksi. |
