Abstract. CV. Usaha Mandiri is a company that produces Bracket Roulette Gordyn. This company implements a make to order production system. The overall production process for these components consists of the process of patterning, cutting, printing, perforating, bending, and pressing. Operators at pressing stations experience a lot of complaints of pain due to unnatural posture, repeated actions, and long working hours due to non-ergonomic work facilities. Identification of operator complaints using Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires (CMDQ) and measuring work risk using the Manual Tasks Risk Assessment (ManTRA) method. Based on the results of the Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires (CMDQ) questionnaire, the operator experienced severe complaints on the right shoulder, right upper arm, right forearm, and wrist. The results of measuring work risk using the ManTRA method show that the cumulative value of risk from all parts of the body is greater than 15, which means that further action is needed to make an improvement. Improvement that has been made to elevate the work facilities are designing tables, chairs, and machines using the Anthropometry method. CV. Usaha Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi Bracket Roulet Gordyn. Perusahaan ini menerapkan sistem produksi make to order. Secara keseluruhan proses produksi komponen tersebut terdiri dari proses pemolaan, pemotongan, pencetakan, pelubangan, penekukan dan pressing. Operator pada stasiun kerja pressing mengalami banyak keluhan rasa sakit karena postur tubuh yang tidak alamiah, pengulangan berkali – kali, dan lamanya waktu kerja disebabkan oleh fasilitas kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Identifikasi keluhan operator menggunakan Cornell Musculoskeletal discomfort Quistionaires (CMDQ) dan pengukuran risiko kerja dengan metode Manual Tasks Risk Assessment (ManTRA). Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner CMDQ, operator mengalami keluhan berat pada tubuh bagian bahu kanan, lengan atas kanan, lengan bawah kanan serta pergelangan tangan. Hasil pengukuran risiko kerja dengan metode ManTRA didapatkan nilai kumulatif risiko dari seluruh bagian tubuh semuanya lebih besar dari 15 yang artinya perlu tindakan lanjut berupa perbaikan. Perbaikan fasilitas kerja yang ergonomis berupa perancangan meja, kursi dan mesin menggunakan metode Antropmetri. Melalui perancangan tersebut nilai kumulatif risiko yang didapat menjadi lebih rendah dari 15.Kata Kunci: Cornell Musculoskeletal discomfort Quistionaires (CMDQ), Manual Task Risk Assesment Tools (ManTRA), Antropometri. |
