Abstract. Loxo Aromatics is an UMKM or Micro and Small Business Unit, which is pivoting in creating and selling homemade parfume with aroma that can be choosen freely by costumer. Loxo Aromatics was established in 2018 with 4 employee including the owner. Although they already running the business for 2 years, systems and procedures within the business is still far from perfect. Such as documents for receiving goods isn’t available, unorganized reports for all transaction etc. Due to problems after problems, this research focus on finding all problems on Loxo Aromatics and design a new and improved information system start from purchasing, mechandise inventory & production, and selling that can support operational activities on Loxo Aromatics. FAST (Framework for Application of System Technique) method and the JAD (Joint Application Development) approach were methods used in this system development. In addition, researcher also include new system elements, documents for all activities, system and procedures and reports that can and will support the company’ s activity in the future.Keywords : Analyze and Design of Information System Abstrak. Loxo Aromatics adalah sebuah Unit UMKM yang fokus pada produksi dan penjualan parfum dengan aroma yang dapat dipilih oleh pelanggan secara bebas. Loxo Aromatics dibentuk pada tahun 2018 dengan 4 karyawan (termasuk pemilik). Walau mereka telah berjalan selama 2 tahun, sistem dan prosedur di dalam bisnis ini masih jauh dari sempurna. Seperti tidak adanya dokumen pencatatan penerimaan bahan baku, laporan transaksi yang belum optimal , dll. Karena ditemukannya masalah demi masalah, maka penelitian ini berfokus kepada mencari semua masalah yang ada pada Loxo Aromatics dan mendesain sistem informasi yang baru dan lebih baik, mulai dari bagian Pembelian, Persediaan & Produksi, dan Penjualan yang dapat berjalan pada Loxo Aromatics. Metode FAST (Framework for Application of System Technique) dan pendekatan JAD (Joint Application Development) adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tidak hanya itu, peneliti juga menambahkan hal hal baru seperti elemen sistem, dokumen untuk seluruh aktivitas, sistem dan prosedur, dan laporan yang pasti dan dimasa depan dapat membantu aktivitas perusahaan.
