Abstract. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence the competence of human resources and top management support on the quality of the accounting information system in conventional banking in the city of Bandung. The research method used in this study using an empirical study with descriptive and verification types of research, the population is a conventional bank in the city of Bandung. The sample technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of a conventional bank which has a head office in the city of Bandung, namely 3 conventional banks. Respondents in this study were users of existing systems in the bank, namely middle and lower management with a total of 30 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources and top management support at the head office of conventional banking in the city of Bandung is good enough. HR competencies have a positive effect on the quality of the accounting information system. And top management support has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the accounting information system at the head office of conventional banking in the city of Bandung Key words: HR competency; Top Management Support; Quality of Accounting Information Systems Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi SDM dan dukungan top manajemen terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi pada perbankan konvensional di kota bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi empiris dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif, Populasi adalah Bank konvensional di Kota Bandung. Teknik sample menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria bank konvensional yang memiliki kantor pusat di kota Bandung yaitu sebanyak 3 Bank konvensional. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna sistem yang ada di bank yaitu middle dan lower manajemen dengan jumlah 30 responden.. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi SDM dan dukungan top manajemen di kantor pusat perbankan konvensional di kota bandung sudah cukup baik. Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi. Dan dukungan top manajemenpun berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi di kantor pusat perbankan konvensional di kota bandungKata kunci: kompetensi SDM, Dukungan Top manajemen, Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi |
