Abstract. The application of Total Quality Management and work motivation can improve managerial performance. The increasing of managerial performance will achieve the company's goals. The phenomenon that occurs in MSMEs shows that managerial performance is still not optimal due to a lack of motivation, many complaints from customers, and a lack of involvement from employees. This study aims to determine the application of total quality management, work motivation and managerial performance as well as to determine the effect of the application of total quality management on managerial performance and work motivation on managerial performance at MSMEs in Bandung City in the Cilaki area by using the verification method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed to 30 MSMEs in Cilaki. Testing the hypothesis used in this study using multiple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the application of total quality management, work motivation and managerial performance has been well implemented, while the application of TQM has an effect on managerial performance, and work motivation has an effect on managerial performance.Keywords: Managerial Performance, Work Motivation, Implementation of Total Quality Management.Abstrak. Penerapan Total Quality Management dan motivasi kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja manajerial. Dengan meningkatnya kinerja manajerial perusahaan akan tercapai. Seperti yang terjadi pada UMKM membuktikan bahwa kinerja manajerial kurang maksimal karena terdapat kekurangan motivasi, banyaknya keluhan dari pelanggan, serta kurangnya keterliatan dari karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan total quality management, motivasi kerja dan kinerja manajerial serta mengetahui pengaruh penerapan total quality management pada kinerja manajerial dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja manajerial pada UMKM Kota Bandung di wilayah Cilaki dengan menggunakan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 UMKM yang berada di Cilaki. Pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasi pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan total quality management, motivasi kerja dan kinerja manajerial sudah diterapkan dengan baik, sedangkan penerapan TQM berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial, serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial.Kata Kunci: Kinerja Manajerial, Motivasi Kerja, Penerapan Total Quality Management.
