Abstract. This study was conducted to determine the effect of personal technical skills and top management support on the quality of information system in several banking in Garut. Respondent in this research are operational managers, back offices, customer service and tellers. The sample in this study used a convenience sampling method with a total sample of 32 respondents from 4 banking in Garut. The research method used in this research uses an empricial study with descriptive and verification types of research. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of program SPSS 24 version. The results showed that the personal technical skills and top management support at state-owned banks in Garut are good enough. Personal technical skills have a positive effect on the quality of information systems. And top management support has a positive and significant effect on the quality of information systems at state-owned banks in Garut.Keywords: Personal Technical Skills, Quality of information system, Top Management SupportAbstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan teknik personal dan dukungan manajemen puncak terhadap kualitas sistem informasi pada beberapa perbankan BUMN di Kabupaten Garut. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah manajer operasional, back office, customer service dan teller. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 32 responden dari 4 perbankan BUMN yang ada di Kabupaten Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi empiris dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi berganda dibantu program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan teknik personal dan dukungan manajemen puncak di bank BUMN di Kabupaten Garut sudah cukup baik. Kemampuan teknik personal berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas sistem informasi. Dan dukungan manajemen puncak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas sistem informasi di bank BUMN di Kabupaten Garut.Kata kunci: Dukungan Manajemen Puncak, Kemampuan Teknik Personal, Kualitas Sistem Informasi |
