Abstract. PKP products are one of the products that are in great demand by customers because they provide various needs of customers in an effort to improve their standard of living, apart from using the Murabahah contract which is quite simple, this product also contributes positively to the operational income that is in sharia bjb banks, so that PKP products become a superior product in bank bjb syariah. Therefore, researchers are interested in examining these three variables. The objectives of this research are: first, to know at a glance the effect of the Employee Welfare Financing Product (PKP) on the operating income in BJB Syariah partially; second, to see how much influence the Murabahah Akad Financing has on Operational income in BJB Syariah partially; third, to see how much influence PKP products and Murabahah Akad Financing have on operating income in BJB Syariah simultaneously. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports published by bank bjb syariah. Data analysis using descriptive method, data processing using Eviews version 7.0 program then testing classical assumptions (Multicollinear, Autocorrelation, Heteroscedastic, and Normality) and statistical tests and economic analysis. The results showed that partially the results of the t test obtained the value of t count> t table, which means that PKP products have a significant effect on operating income. Then the test results obtained the value of t count> t table, which means that Murabahah Financing has no significant effect on operating income. Meanwhile, simultaneously the F test results obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable, which means that PKP Products and Murabahah Financing have a significant effect on Operating Income at Islamic bank bjb.Keywords: PKP Products, Murabahah Financing, Operating Income.Abstrak. Produk PKP adalah salah satu produk yang banyak diminati oleh nasabah karena menyediakan berbagai kebutuhan nasabah dalam upaya meningkatkan taraf hidupnya, selain dengan menggunakan akad Murabahah yang cukup simpel produk ini juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap Pendapatan Opersional yang ada di BJB Syariah, sehingga produk PKP menjadi sebuah produk unggulan di BJB Syariah Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik meneliti ketiga variabel tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: pertama, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Produk Pembiayaan Kesejahteraan Pegawai (PKP) terhadap Pendapatan Operasional yang ada di BJB Syariah secara parsial; kedua, untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh Pembiayaan Akad Murabahah terhadap Pendapatan Operasional yang ada di BJB Syariah secara parsial; ketiga, untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh produk PKP dan Pembiayaan Akad Murabahah terhadap Pendapatan operasional di BJB Syariah secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang langsung diperoleh dari laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan oleh bank BJB Syariah. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif, Pengolahan data menggunakan program Eviews versi 7.0 kemudian dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik (Multikolinear, Autokorelasi, Heteroskedastis, dan Normalitas) dan uji statistik serta dilakukan analisis ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial hasil uji t memperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yang artinya Produk PKP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan operasional. Kemudian hasil uji t diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yang artinya Pembiayaan Murabahah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Operasional. Sedangkan secara simultan hasil uji F memperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yang artinya Produk PKP dan Pembiayaan Murabahah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Operasional pada bank bjb syariah.Kata Kunci : Produk PKP, Pembiayaan Murabahah, Pendapatan Operasional.
