Abstract. This study aims to determine the factors that determin.people's.preferencs.in purchasing fashion.products.online in Indonesia. The.method.used is.descriptiv.analysis with.a quantitative.appcollection was carried.out by.distributing.questionnairs. The total sample size of 272 respondents was determined based on the method developed by Isaac and Michael. The questionnaire was distributed via google form. Respondents in the study were online transaction users who made purchases of fashion products. Determination of the sample using stratified random sampling. The variable measurement tool uses a Likert scale and is processed using the SPSS 23.0 program. From the results of data processing identified factors that determin.people'. preferences.in buyng fashion.products online, namely price, promo, product variation, trust,.service quality and payment system. The most dominant factor determining people's preference for online is a payment system that is easy to do, and attractive promotions. According to data from the Indonesia Credit Card Association (2013), the most popular online payment systems in Indonesia are through Bank transfers (57%), Cash on Delivery (28%), Credit Cards (7%), and others (8%) .Keywords: Technology, Preference, Online Purchasing, Fashion Products.Abstrak. Metode yang digunakan.adalah analisis deskriptif.pendekatan.kuantitatif. Pngumpulan.data dilakukan.melalui penyebaran.kuesioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 272 responden, ditetapkan berdasarkan metode yang dikembangkan oleh Isaac dan Michael. Kuesioner disebar melalui google form. Responden dalam penelitian adalah orang-orang pengguna transaksi online yang melakukan pembelian produk fashion. Penentuan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling. Alat pengukuran variabel menggunakan skala likert dan diolah menggunakan program SPSS 23.0. Dari hasil pengolahan data teridentifikasi factor.penentu.preferensi msyarakat dlam.melakukan pembelian produk fashion.scara online yaitu hrga, promo, varasi produk, kepercayaan, kualitas playanan dan sistem pembayaran. Adapun faktor dominan.penentu preferensi masyarakat memilih.online adalah.sistem pembayaran yang mudah dilakukan, promosi yang menarik. Menurut data Indonesia Credit Card Association (2013), sistem pembayaran secara online di Indonesia yang paling populer melalui Cash on Delivery (28%), transfer Bank (57%), Kartu Kredit (7%), Kartu Kredit (7%), dan lain-lain (8%).Kata Kunci: Teknologi, Preferensi, Pembelian Online, Produk Fashion
