Abstract~This thesis discusses the effect of liquidity, profitability, company size and growth rate on dividend policy. The subject in this study was a Conventional Commercial Bank proposed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sample technique used is the Census with 18 banking companies. This type of research uses linear regression analysis.The results of the research that have been done show that the Liquidity variable has a positive role on the Dividend Policy, the Profitability variable is negatively related to the Dividend Policy, while the firm size variable and the growth rate variable are not in accordance with the Dividend Policy. Simultaneously Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size and Growth Rate towards Dividend Policy with a contribution of 66.82%.Keywords: Liquidity, Profitability, Company Size, Level of Change and Dividend PolicyAbstrak~Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Ukuran perusahaan dan Tingkat pertumbuhan terhadap Kebijakan Deviden. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Bank Umum Konvensional yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah Sensus dengan jumlah 18 perusahaan perbankan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear.Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa variabel Likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap Kebijakan Deviden, variabel Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap Kebijakan Deviden, sementara variabel Ukuran perusahaan dan variabel Tingkat pertumbuhan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Deviden. Secara simultan Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Ukuran perusahaan dan Tingkat pertumbuhan berpengaruh terhadap Kebijakan Deviden dengan kontribusi sebesar 66,82%. Kata Kunci : Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Tingkat Pertumbuhan dan Kebijakan Deviden. |
