dc.description Abstrak—Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat Brand Image pada laundry sepatu Deekey Shoes Garage , untuk melihat Kualitas Pelayanan dan untuk melihat Loyalitas Konsumen dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan pada laundry sepatu Deekey Shoes Garage cabang Antapani Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah survey dan teknik sampel pada penelitian ini adalah  non probability sampling. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Deekey Shoes Garage. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 100 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui arah hubungan antara variable independent (X1) dan variable independent (X2) dengan variable dependen (Y). Hasil pengujian dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variable  Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Serta variable Brand Image dan Kualitas Pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen.Kata kunci: Brand Image, Kualitas Pelayanan, Loyalitas KonsumenAbstract — This research was conducted to see the Brand Image on Deekey Shoes Garage laundry shoes, to see Service Quality and to see Customer Loyalty and to find out how big the impact of Brand Image and Service Quality on Consumer Loyalty. This research activity was carried out at Deekey Shoes Garage laundry shoes, Antapani branch, Bandung. The method used in this study is a survey and the sample technique in this study is non probability sampling. This type of research is descriptive and verification research. The population in this study were consumers of Deekey Shoes Garage. The sample used in this study was 100 people. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis in order to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable (X1) and the independent variable (X2) with the dependent variable (Y). The test results of this study state that the variable Brand Image and Service Quality partially have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty. As well as the variable Brand Image and Service Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Loyalty.Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Consumer Loyalty
