Abstract: The aim of this study is to (1) determine the level of workload and work stress of the employees of Waled Hospital in Cirebon Regency (2) the effect of workload on work stress from the social support of the employees of Waled Hospital in Cirebon Regency . The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification and performs the calculations with the SPSS version 24.0 program. . The sampling technique used is one of the probability sampling techniques, which are random samples. The respondents in this study were 88 employees at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency. The variables examined in this study are workload (X), work stress (Y), and social support (Z). The data was collected through library and field research.The results of this study concluded that: (1) Workload has a significant impact on the workload of employees at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency. (2) Workload has a significant impact on work stress with social support as an intervention variable for employees at Waled Hospital, Cirebon Regency.Keywords: Workload, Work Stress, Social Support Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) tingkat beban kerja dan stres kerja karyawan di RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon (2) pengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja melalui dukungan sosial karyawan di RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon. untuk menentukan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif serta melakukan perhitungan dengan program SPSS versi 24.0. . Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah salah satu teknik probability sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara acak. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 88 karyawan di RS Waled Kabupaten Cirebon. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah beban kerja (X), stres kerja (Y), dan dukungan sosial (Z). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan penelitian lapangan.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap beban kerja pegawai RS Waled Kabupaten Cirebon. (2) Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap stres kerja dengan dukungan sosial sebagai variabel intervensi pada pegawai di RSUD Waled Kabupaten Cirebon.Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Dukungan Sosial |
