Abstract—This study aims to 1) To know the level of self-efficacy and social support for nurses at Pindad General Hospital in Bandung. 2) To know the level of work stress on nurses at Pindad General Hospital in Bandung. 3) Analyzing how is the influence of Self-efficacy on work stress with social support as a moderating variable on nurses at Pindad General Hospital Bandung. The research method used to descriptive analysis and verification and operates the calculation using the SPSS 20.0 program. Data collection obtained through observation and questionnaires. The method used is a survey research method. The technique for receiving samples is saturated sampling. Respondents of this study were nurses at Pindad General Hospital Bandung is totalling 115 people.The results of this study concluded that: 1) self-efficacy at Pindad General Hospital Bandung belongs to enough category. 2) work tress at Pindad General Hospital Bandung belongs to enough category. 3) social support at Pindad General Hospital Bandung is included in the high category. 4) self-efficacy has a negative and significant effect on work stress. 5) social support as a moderating variable has a negative and significant effect on the relationship between self-efficacy and work stress. It can be concluded that there is an effect of Self-efficacy on work stress and there is an effect between self-efficacy on work stress that is mediated by social support for nurses at Pindad General Hospital Bandung.Keywords—Self-Efficacy, Work Stress and Social Support  Abstrak—Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat Self-efficacy dan Dukungan Sosial pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung. 2) Untuk mengetahui tingkat stres kerja pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung. 3) Menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Self-efficacy terhadap stres kerja dengan dukungan sosial sebagai variabel moderating pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dan mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 20.0. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian survey. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung yang berjumlah 115 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Self-efficacy pada Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung termasuk kategori cukup. 2) stres kerja pada Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung termasuk kategori cukup. 3) dukungan sosial pada Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung termasuk kategori tinggi. 4) Self-efficacy berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. 5) dukungan sosial sebagai variabel moderating berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap  hubungan antara Self-efficacy dengan stres kerja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Self-efficacy terhadap stres kerja dan terdapat pengaruh antara self-efficacy terhadap stres kerja yang dimediasi oleh dukungan sosial pada perawat di Rumah Sakit Umum Pindad Bandung.Kata Kunci—Self-Efficacy, Stres Kerja dan Dukungan Sosial.
