ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui work life balance dan Kepuasaan Kerja pada karyawan di PT. Neuronworks Indonesia.2) Untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan karyawan di PT. Neuronworks Indonesia. 3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Neuronworks Indonesia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dan mengoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 23.0. Variabel dalam penelitian ini Work Life Balance, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka.Teknik penarikan sampel adalah non probability sampling. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Neuronworks Indonesia yang berjumlah 71 orang.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Work Life Balance pada PT. Neuronworks Indonesia termasuk kategori Sedang. 2) Kepuasan Kerja pada PT. Neuronworks Indonesia Sedang 3) Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Neuronworks Indonesia termasuk kategori Sedang. 4) Work Life Balance secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 5) Kepusan Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 6) Work Life balance dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara work Life Balance dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Neuronworks Indonesia.Kata Kunci:Keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, Kepuasan kerja, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACK The purpose of this research are 1) for knowing that work life balance and job satisfaction of employees at PT. Neuronworks Indonesia. 2) for knowing that performance of employees at PT. Neuronworks Indonesia. 3) for knowing and analyze impact of Work Life Balance on employee performance at PT. Neuronworks Indonesia.This research use descriptive analysis and verification method and operates the calculations using the SPSS 23.0 program. The variables in this research are Work Life Balance, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance. Data collection obtained through questionnaires, observation, interviews, and literature study. The sampling technique is non probability sampling. Respondents of this study were employees of PT. Neuronworks Indonesia, about 71 peoples.Results of this research concluded that: 1) Work Life Balance at PT. Neuronworks Indonesia is in the Medium category. 2) Job Satisfaction at PT. Neuronworks Indonesia is moderate 3) Employee performance at PT Neuronworks Indonesia is in the moderate category. 4) Work Life Balance partially has a significant impact on Employee Performance. 5) Job Decision partially has a significant impact on Employee Performance. 6) Work Life balance and Job Satisfaction simultaneously impact employee performance. It can be concluded that there is an impact between work Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on employee performance of PT Neuronworks Indonesia.
