Abstract— This study aims to determine the implementation of store atmosphere and store location at Jardin Café Bandung, and to determine the responses of respondents regarding store atmosphere and store location at Jardin Café Bandung, and to find out how much influence the store atmosphere and store location on consumer satisfaction at Jardin Café BandungThe sample in this study were taken as many as 100 people and the methods used were descriptive and verification and operates the calculation using the SPSS 23. The data in this study used a survey method through a questionnaire filled out by consumers. Data obtained using multiple regression analysisThe results of this study concluded that 1) Store atmosphere at Jardin Café Bandung was in the sufficient category. 2) The store location at Jardin Café Bandung is in the fair category. 3) Customer Satisfaction at Jardin Café Bandung is in the moderate category. 4) Store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 5) store location has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. It can be concluded that the store atmosphere and store location variables simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.Keywords— Store Atmosphere, Store Location, Consumer Satisfaction. Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan store atmosphere dan store location pada Jardin Café Bandung, dan untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai store atmosphere dan store location pada Jardin Café Bandung, serta untuk mencari seberapa besar pengaruh store atmosphere dan store location terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Jardin Café Bandung. Sample dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 100 orang dan metode yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif dan Verifikatif dan mengoperasikan perhitungan menggunakan SPSS 23. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh konsumen. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa 1) Store Atmosphere pada Jardin Café Bandung termasuk kategori cukup. 2) Store location pada Jardin Café Bandung termasuk kategori cukup. 3) Kepuasan Konsumen pada Jardin Café Bandung termasuk kategori cukup. 4) Store Atmosphere berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen. 5) store location berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel store atmosphere dan store location secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata Kunci— Store Atmosphere, Store Location, Kepuasan Konsumen
