Abstract—This research aims 1) To find out job satisfaction and organizational commitment to PT Torsina Redikon Bandung. 2) To know employee performance at PT Torsina Redikon Bandung. 3) To analyze how job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect employee performance at PT Torsina Redikon Bandung. The variables in this study are job satisfaction, organizational commitment and Employee Performance. The respondents to this study were Employees of PT Torsina Redikon Bandung, which numbered 68 people. The results of this study concluded that: 1) employees of PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung are relatively satisfied with their work. 2) Employees of PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung are very responsible for the work and duties of the company. 3) Job Satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung. 4) Organizational Commitment partially positively and significantly affects employee performance at PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung. 5) Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung. Variabel dalam penelitian ini kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional dan Kinerja Karyawan. Responden pada penelitian ini yaitu Karyawan PT Torsina Redikon Bandung, yang berjumlah 68 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) karyawan PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung relatif puas terhadap pekerjaan mereka. 2) Karyawan PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung sangat bertanggung jawab atas pekerjaan dan tugas dari perusahaan. 3) Job Satisfaction secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung. 4) Organizational Commitment secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung. 5) Job Satisfaction dan Organizational Commitment secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Torsina Redikon Bandung. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Etos job satisfaction dan Organizational Commitment terhadap Kinerja karyawan pada karyawan PT Torsina Redikon BandungKata Kunci— Kepuasan Kerja, Komitment Organisasional Kinerja Karyawan.
