Abstract—This study aims to determine the performance of employees at the UPT Puskesmas Ibrahim Adjie in Bandung. In addition, there is still a lack of equal training and competency that employees get to meet their job needs, so the community health centre must pay more attention and maximize the performance of their employees. According to research by Nanan Nurzaman (2017) that training and competency have a positive and significant effect on employees performance. This study aims to determine the effect of training and competency on employees performance at the Ibrahim Adjie Kota UPT Puskesmas. This research is categorized as descriptive and verification research. There is population of 50 employees, using saturated sampling technique.The results of this study concluded that: Training has a positive and significant effect on employees performance by 28.7%. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employees performance by 80.6%. Training and competency have a positive and significant effect on employees performance by 85%. training and competency simultaneously inflluence employees performance. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of training and competency on employees performance.Keywords: Training, Competency, Work ExperienceAbstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan di UPT Puskesmas Ibrahim Adjie Kota Bandung. Selain itu, masih terdapat kurang meratanya pelatihan dan kompetensi yang didapatkan karyawan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pekerjaannya, sehingga puskesmas harus lebih memperhatikan dan memaksimalkan kinerja karyawannya. Menurut penelitian Nanan Nurzaman (2017) bahwa pelatihan dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terharap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada UPT Puskesmas Ibrahim Adjie Kota. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi karyawan sebanyak 50 orang, dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh.Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yaitu sebesar 28,7%. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan yaitu sebesar 80,6%. Pelatihan dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 85%. pelatihan dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh pelatihan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Kompetensi, Kinerja Karyawan Pendahuluan |
