Abstract— This study aims, namely: (1) To determine interpersonal conflicts in the Marchesini Group Indonesia. (2) To find out the workload at Marchesini Group Indonesia. (3) To determine work stress at Marchesini Group Indonesia. (4) To find out how much influence interpersonal conflict has on employee work stress at Marchesini Group Indonesia. (5) To find out how much influence the workload on employee work stress in Marchesini Group Indonesia. (6) To find out how much influence interpersonal conflicts and workloads have on employee work stress at Marchesini Group Indonesia. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. This study uses descriptive and verification methods with 32 respondents using field research data collection techniques and library research. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Interpersonal conflicts among employees of Marchesini Group Indonesia are in the very good / very high category. 2) The workload of Marchesini Group Indonesia employees is in the very good / very high category. 3) Employee stress at Marchesini Group Indonesia is in the very good / very high category. 4) Interpersonal conflict has an effect on employee work stress with an effect of 12%. 5) Workload has an effect on employee work stress with an effect of 62.1%. 6) Interpersonal conflict and workload have an effect on work stress with an effect of 55,20%Keywords: Interpersonal Conflict, Workload, Work Stress.Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan, yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui konflik interpersonal di Marchesini Group Indonesia. (2) Untuk mengetahui beban kerja di Marchesini Group Indonesia. (3) Untuk mengetahui stres kerja di Marchesini Group Indonesia. (4) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh konflik interpersonal terhadap stres kerja karyawan di Marchesini Group Indonesia. (5) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besarpengaruh beban kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan di Marchesini Group Indonesia. (6) Untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh konflik interpersonal dan beban kerja terhadap stres kerja karyawan di Marchesini Group Indonesia. Teknik penarikan sampel adalah sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 32 orang menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian lapangan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Konflik Interpersonal pada karyawan Marchesini Group Indonesia termasuk kategori sangat baik/ sangat tinggi. 2) Beban kerja pada karyawan Marchesini Group Indonesia termasuk kategori sangat baik/ sangat tinggi. 3) Stres Kerja karyawan Marchesini Group Indonesia termasuk kategori sangat baik/ sangat tinggi. 4) Konflik interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja karyawan dengan pengaruh sebesar 12% 5) Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja karyawan dengan pengaruh sebesar 62,1%. 6) Konflik interpersonal dan beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dengan pengaruh sebesar 55,20%Kata kunci: Konflik Interpersonal, Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja. |
