dc.description Abstract. CV. Fajar Jaya made various efforts to improve the performance of its employees by assessing the leadership style in his company. In addition to assessing leadership style, the company also assesses the working discipline of its employees It can affect the performance of employees at CV. Fajar Jaya. This research aims to determine how employees ' performance, leadership style, and work discipline are in CV. Fajar Jaya. The research method used is a quantitative method of field research verificative by taking 25% of the 300 respondents. According to the research Azahraty (2018) GAya leadership and work discipline simultaneously or jointly hypothesized to have a significant influence on the performance of them. The results of this study concluded that (1) the leadership style in CV. Fajar Jaya is considered sufficient. (2) Work discipline provided by CV. Fajar Jaya employees is quite good. (3) Employee performance at CV. Fajar Jaya is good enough. (4) There is a significant positive influence between leadership styles and employees ' performance at PT. Fajar Jaya. (5) There is a significant positive influence between working discipline and employee performance in CV. Fajar Jaya. (6) The influence of leadership style and work discipline to employee performance at CV. Fajar Keyword : Work discipline, leadership style, employee performance Abstrak. CV. Fajar Jaya melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya dengan menilai gaya kepemimpinan di perusahaannya. Selain menilai gaya kepemimpinan, perusahaan juga menilai disiplin kerja karyawannya. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di CV. Fajar Jaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja karyawan, gaya kepemimpinan, dan disiplin kerja di CV. Fajar Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif verifikatif field research dengan mengambil 25% dari 300 responden. Menurut penelitian Azahraty (2018) gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja secara simultan atau bersama-sama dihipotesiskan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan di CV. Fajar Jaya dianggap cukup. (2) Disiplin Kerja yang diberikan karyawan CV. Fajar Jaya cukup baik. (3) Kinerja Karyawan di CV. Fajar Jaya sudah cukup baik. (4) Adanya pengaruh positif signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Fajar Jaya. (5) Adanya pengaruh positif signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Fajar Jaya. (6) Adanya pengaruh antara gaya kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Fajar Jaya. Kata kunci: : Disiplin kerja, gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja karyawan
