Abstract. Changes in the lifestyle of the Indonesian people cause many risk factors that can cause heart diseases, one of which is Coronary Heart Disease (CHD). Risk factors that can lead to CHD are divided into two, namely risk factors that can be changed and cannot be changed. One of the most common risk factors for CHD is hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hypertension on CHD patients. This study is a Scoping review, by searching for articles from the PubMed, Ebsco, Neliti and Garuda databases. There were 284 articles in accordance with the inclusion criteria and 276 articles that were included in the exclusion criteria. The results of the feasibility test based on the PICOS criteria were six articles. This research was conducted in October - December 2020. The results of a review of six articles stated that hypertension had an effect on CHD patients. Hypertension leads to increased resistance to pumping blood from the left ventricle, which over time can lead to heart dilatation and strain as a result of overcompensation. If the atherosclerosis process continues, myocardial oxygen supply will decrease, while myocardial oxygen demand increases as a result of ventricular hypertrophy and an increase in the workload of the heart, which can eventually lead to angina or myocardial infarction. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of hypertension on CHD patients.Keyword: Coronary heart disease, Effect, Hypertension.Abstrak. Perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia menyebabkan banyak faktor risiko yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit-penyakit jantung, salah satunya Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PJK). Faktor risiko yang bisa mengakibatkan munculnya PJK dibagi dua, yaitu faktor risiko yang bisa diubah dan tidak bisa diubah. Salah satu faktor risiko terbanyak PJK adalah hipertensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh hipertensi terhadap pasien PJK. Penelitian ini adalah Scoping review, dengan mencari artikel dari database PubMed, Ebsco, Neliti dan Garuda. Artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi sebanyak 284 artikel dan yang termasuk dalam kriteria eksklusi sebanyak 276 artikel. Hasil uji kelayakan berdasarkan kriteria PICOS sebanyak enam artikel. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Oktober - Desember 2020. Hasil telaah dari enam artikel menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh hipertensi terhadap pasien PJK. Hipertensi menyebabkan meningkatnya resistensi terhadap pemompaan darah dari ventrikel kiri, yang lama kelamaan dapat menyebabkan dilatasi dan payah jantung sebagai akibat dari kompensasi yang berlebihan. Bila proses aterosklerosis terus berlanjut, maka penyediaan oksigen miokardium akan berkurang, sedangkan kebutuhan oksigen miokardium bertambah sebagai akibat dari hipertrofi ventrikel dan peningkatan beban kerja jantung sehingga akhirnya dapat menyebabkan angina atau infark miokard. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat adanya pengaruh hipertensi terhadap pasien PJK.Kata Kunci: Hipertensi, Pengaruh, Penyakit jantung koroner. |
