Analisis Supply - Demand Parkir Kawasan Factory Outlet Dago Kota Bandung

Abstract

Jalan Ir.H.Djuanda as a coridor of shopping trade in kota Bandung, it well known as Factory Outlet Area of Dago Bandung. It is one of the most attractive shopping tourism area in kota Bandung. As shopping tourism area, the carrying capacity of the parking area infrastructure can not be avoid. Base on primary and secondary data analysis, this area has parking capacity just for 249 vehicles, meanwhile the parking demand to this area is 438 vehicles. The unbalance condition between supply and demand parking tend to increase at weekend or vacation days. Impact of the unbalance condition is traffic jam along Jalan Ir.H.Djuanda can not be avoid. In order that tourism object along Jalan Ir.Djuanda is not loosing their attractiveness, act of preparing parking area by the government of kota Bandung has to be done immediately in cooperation with all business actors.
