dc.description The importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) began widely recognized by many companies today. In addition to following the rules of the applicable legislation, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is also regarded as an attempt to attract sympathy and public confidence in the company. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is then published by the company through its annual report (Annual Report) in Jakarta Islamic Index. By publicizing the performance of the annual report (Annual Report), are both expected to be an attraction for potential investors to invest their shares in the company, so the stock price will go up? The problems of research in this study is how the level of disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the rate of change in stock price and how the influence of the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to changes in stock prices on companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index period of 2011 - 2014 . Thus, this study aims to determine the level of disclosure of corporate social responsibility (CSR), the rate of change in the company's stock price, and the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to changes in stock prices on companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2011-2014. The research used descriptive analysis method with quantitative data analysis. The author tested the hypothesis by using simple regression analysis in SPSS 19.0 for windows. Results of research-conducted shows that the average disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from 27 companies for 4 years amounted to 54.36%, while for the average change in shares of 27 companies for 4 years amounted to 49.39%, and for Disclosure relationship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by changes in stock prices did not have a significant relationship.
dc.description Pentingnya melakukan kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mulai banyak disadari oleh berbagai kalangan perusahaan saat ini. Selain untuk mematuhi aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) juga dianggap sebagai upaya untuk menarik simpati dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap perusahaan. Kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ini kemudian dipublikasikan oleh perusahaan melalui laporan tahunannya (Annual Report) di Jakarta Islamic Index. Dengan mempublikasikan kinerja laporan tahunan (Annual Report) yang baik, diharapkan dapat menjadi daya tarik bagi para calon investor untuk menanamkan sahamnya di perusahaan, sehingga harga saham pun akan ikut terdongkrak. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana tingkat pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan tingkat perubahan harga saham serta bagaimana pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap perubahan harga saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode tahun 2011 – tahun 2014. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengungkapan Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) perusahaan, tingkat perubahan harga saham perusahaan serta pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap perubahan harga saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index periode tahun 2011 – tahun 2014.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis deskriptif dengan analisis data kuantitatif.  Penulis melakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana pada SPPS 19.0 for window. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa rata-rata pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dari 27 perusahaan selama 4 tahun adalah sebesar 54,36% sedangkan untuk rata-rata perubahan saham dari 27 perusahaan selama 4 tahun adalah sebesar 49,39%, dan untuk hubungan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dengan perubahan harga saham ternyata tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan.
