Based on the results of research and discussion on the effect of third-party funds to finance for the results and their impact on profitability (ROA) at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri 2011-2014 period, it can be concluded as follows: The growth of third party funds of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, the highest was 52%, and reached their lowest growth amounted, 11:06%. Growth financing for the results of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri is 13.60% at high, and reach a low of -3.89%. Growth in profitability of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri fluctuated its highest, 33.68%, and the lowest rate of -88.13%. Third party funds affect the financing for the results, where the greater third party funds, the financing for the higher result as well, giving the effect of third party funds amounting to 81% of the financing for the results of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The direct effect of third-party funds to finance for the results of 0752, the direct effect on the profitability of third party funds amounting to 0.0427, the direct effect on the profitability of financing for the results of 0.374 and the effect on the profitability of third party funds through financing for a yield of 0.449.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai pengaruh dana pihak ketiga terhadap pembiayaan bagi hasil dan dampaknya terhadap profitabilitas (ROA) di PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri periode 2011-2014, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Pertumbuhan dana pihak ketiga PT Bank Syariah Mandiri tertinggi adalah  sebesar 52%, dan mencapai pertumbuhan terendah sebesar, 11.06%. Pertumbuhan pembiayaan bagi hasil PT Bank Syariah Mandiri tertinggi sebesar 13.60%, dan mecapai titik terendah sebesar -3.89%. Pertumbuhan profitabilitas PT Bank Syariah Mandiri mengalami fluktuasi tertinggi sebesar, 33.68%, dan nilai terendah sebesar -88,13%. Dana pihak Ketiga berpengaruh terhadap pembiayaan bagi hasil, dimana semakin besar dana pihak ketiga, maka pembiayaan bagi hasil semakin tinggi juga, dana pihak ketiga memberikan pengaruh sebesar 81% terhadap pembiayaan bagi hasil di PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. Pengaruh langsung Dana pihak ketiga terhadap pembiayaan bagi hasil sebesar 0.752, pengaruh langsung dana pihak ketiga terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 0,0427, pengaruh langsung pembiayaan bagi hasil terhadap profitabilitas sebesar 0,374 dan pengaruh dana pihak ketiga terhadap profitabilitas melalui pembiayaan bagi hasil sebesar 0,449.
