dc.description This study aimed to analyze control product quality cardboard box using statistical quality control in PT. Prosper Biotech Indonesia. From 3000 product cardboard box for 30 days observation by interviewing against parties associated and field research. Based on the result of the research uses a diagram pareto it can be seen that the highest of disability caused by a factor of failed slitter with the presentation of 21,8% and disability was the lowest caused by a factor of failed to cut on machine von with the presentation 10,77%. While by a map of control in sigma 1 has 5 points that exceeds the bounds upper control and 5 points at the limit lower control, while in sigma 2 ang sigma 3 the level of disability the product was still in control tolerance limit of the quality of. And at a diagram of the cause and effect, tainting product largely caused by the human factor and machinery. Hence companies should to monitor more detailed on the performance of employees as well as to be diligent tending and  mantain the machine to increase the control quality against product not to there is any digression in the periphery of control.
dc.description Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengendalian kualitas produk karton box dengan menggunakan statistical quality control pada PT. Prosper Biotech Indonesia. Dengan sampel 3000 produk karton box selama 30 hari pengamatan dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak terkait dan penelitian lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menggunakan diagram pareto dapat diketahui bahwa kecacatan paling tinggi disebabkan oleh faktor gagal slitter dengan presentasi sebesar 21,8% dan kecacatan paling rendah disebabkan oleh faktor gagal potong pada mesin von dengan presentasi sebesar 10,77%. Sedangkan dengan peta kendali pada sigma 1 terdapat 5 titik yang melebihi batas kendali atas dan 5 titik pada batas kendali bawah, sedangkan pada sigma 2 dan sigma 3 tingkat kecacatan produk masih berada dalam batas toleransi pengendalian kualitas. Dan pada diagram sebab akibat, kecacatan produk sebagian besar disebabkan oleh faktor manusia dan mesin. Oleh karena itu perusahaan harus melakukan pengawasan yang lebih detail terhadap kinerja karyawan serta harus rajin merawat serta menjaga kondisi mesin agar dapat meningkatan pengendalian kualitas terhadap produk agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan dibatas luar kendali.
