Intimate communication between mother and child is very important for optimal and mature child development in the future. This communication can be built when the mother as the main actor in child care takes enough time to involve in various activities carried out and needed by the child in its development. Nowadays, the existence of a corona pandemic requires everyone to stay at home, no exception for mothers who usually work in the office. Thus, this condition has an important role in fostering intimate communication between mother and child. This study aims at determining various activities that can be carried out by mothers and children while they are at home and the implementation of these activities so that the intimacy of mother and child communication that was constrained could be reawakened. The method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The stages include condition analysis, literature review, research instrument making, google form creation, data processing, soliciting responses, writing reports, and conclusions. The results of the study showed that most respondents engaged in reading and playing activities with their children at home. Those two activities were made to vary according to the interests and development of the children. Reading and playing activities required mothers to be creative, innovative, and directly involved in children's activities. This has an impact on the rebuilding of intimacy communication between mother and child.

This research aims at detecting and stimulating multiple intelligences of
kindergarten children early by applying collaborative action research by
academics and practitioners. This research moves from the most fundamental
problem in early childhood education activities especially in kindergartens namely
the teachers’ mistreatment in learning activities. This research was conducted using
collaborative action research between researchers and teachers using a qualitative
approach. The subjects in this research were 40 kindergarten childrens in groups 1
and 2. The research results produced multiple intelligences instruments for
kindergarten children whose validity and reliability were tested. guidelines for the
detection learning model and stimulation of multiple intelligences for kindergarten
children. The measuring tool used is a multiple intelligences measuring tool for
kindergarten children developed by Lazear (1995) based on four key instruments
as follows: (a) Behavior Log; (b) Skill Games; (c) Intelligence Function; (d)
Complex Problems and (e) Discovery. Also adopted from the concept of multiple
intelligences developed by Armstrong (2004). Result of this research that the
average stimulation of multiple intelligences of group 1 was 28.81 and group 2
was 29.38. Group 1 the largest gain was linguistic intelligence (33.84) and the
lowest was interpersonal intelligence (23.89). Meanwhile. Group 2 the largest gain
was linguistic intelligence (32.27) and the lowest were physical kinesthetic
intelligence (24.50).

Rahmat, Munawar; Yahya, M. Wildan
ABSTRACT, The phenomenon of dishonesty among Indonesian students is severe and frequent. The conventional lecture model to teach principles of ethics, morality and honesty is less reliable. A new and more effective model is needed. Sufism is a discipline of Islamic science that studies the inner dimension of man as an effort to approach God as closely as possible. In Sufism there are several core characteristics such as God is always felt to be present, zuhud, uzlah, and qana`ah. The research aims to produce a model of Islamic education based on Sufism to increase students’ honesty. The research took place in two universities in the city of Bandung, Indonesia. In each university, three experimental classes (200 students) used the Sufism-based education model, while the other three classes (control class) used the conventional model (200 students). The study material as well as number of sessions (six times face to face) on honesty for the two classes was the same. The difference was that the experimental class was taught honesty through Sufism based principles, while the control class studied through the conventional method different from Sufism. The research method was quasi-experimental as before and after six lectures, we tested both classes with a pre-test and a post-test. The result was an increase in scores in both groups but the experimental group scored much higher than the control one. The implication is that the Islamic education model based on Sufism is proven to be more effective than the conventional education model in increasing students’ honesty.
