Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Customer Satisfaction and Confidence carried out by the Strawberry jln salon. Sudirman Bandung, to know the response of respondents regarding Customer Satisfaction and Trust that is done, to know the responses of respondents regarding Customer Loyalty, to find out the influence of Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty, to find out the influence of customer trust on customer loyalty, and to find out the influence of satisfaction and trust customer loyalty. The research method used is a survey method, this type of research is descriptive verification. The sampling technique used is non probability. The population in this study was 95 respondents who used Strawberry salon services. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable (X) with the dependent variable (Y). The test results state that the Satisfaction variable has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty and the Customer Confidence variable partially has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. And silmutan variable Customer Satisfaction and Trust has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Strawberry Salon.Keywords: Satisfaction, Customer Trust in Customer LoyaltyAbstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Kepuasan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan yang dilakukan oleh salon Strawberry jln . Sudirman Bandung, untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai Kepuasan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan yang dilakukan, untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai Loyalitas Pelanggan, untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh Kepuasan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh kepuasan dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 95 responden yang menggunakan jasa pelayanan salon Strawberry. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda untuk mengetahui arah hubungan antara variabel independent (X) dengan variabel dependent (Y). Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa variabel Kepuasan secara persial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan dan variabel Kepercayaan pelanggan berpengaruh secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. Dan secara Silmutan variabel Kepuasan dan Kepercayaan Pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan di Salon Strawberry.Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Kepercayaan Pelanggan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan |
