Abstract. One of the technologies involved integrating each company's overall function or commonly known with the term Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). ERP acts as the backbone of cross-company functions module software suite for integrating and automating many internal processes and information systems in the function of production, logistics, distribution, accounting, financial and human resources of the company so that the company's internal business processes run efficiently. The goal of research to examine the influence of the application of the system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and financial performance against earnings growth of the companies manufacturing sub sector of consumer goods that are listed on the Indonesia stock exchange year 2014-2017. Research Approach used in this study was the quantitative approach. Furthermore this type of research is Explanatory Research i.e. describes the relationship between the dependent variable independent variable through hypothesis testing. The results of this research ERP has a positive influence on performance and significant companies in the consumer goods sector companies registered in IDX 2014-2017 year. Profit growth has a positive and significant influence on performance of companies in the consumer goods sector companies registered in IDX 2014-2017 year and ERP and profit growth simultaneously effect significantly to company performance amounted to 33.1% while the rest of 66.9% affected. Keywords: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Profit Growth, Financial Performance Abstrak. Salah satu teknologi yang berperan mengintegrasikan tiap fungsi perusahaan secara keseluruhan atau yang umum dikenal dengan istilah Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). ERP bertindak sebagai tulang punggung lintas fungsi perusahaan yang digerakkan oleh modul software suite untuk mengintegrasikan dan mengotomatisasi banyak proses internal dan sistem informasi dalam fungsi produksi, logistik, distribusi, akuntansi, keuangan dan sumber daya manusia perusahaan sehingga proses bisnis internal perusahaan berjalan efisien. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengkaji pengaruh penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) dan pertumbuhan laba terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2017. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Selanjutnya jenis penelitian ini adalah Explanatory Research yaitu menjelaskan hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen melalui pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing). Hasil penelitian ini ERP memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor consumer goods yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014-2017. Pertumbuhan laba memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor consumer goods yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2014-2017 dan ERP dan pertumbuhan laba secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan sebesar 33.1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 66.9% dipengaruhi.Kata Kunci: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Pertumbuhan Laba, Kinerja Kata Kunci: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Pertumbuhan Laba, Kinerja |
