Abstract. This research is based on the phenomenon that occurs that the Regional Revenue Management Agency of Bandung City still lacks competence and lack of work experience which can affect employee work performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work experience on employee performance in all Group II BPPD employees in Bandung. This research is categorized as descriptive research and quantitative approach. The population in this study were Group II employees as many as 70 people. Sampling technique with saturated sampling technique.The results of this study concluded that: (1) The level of competence is included in the excellent category (2) The level of work experience is included in the good category (3) The level of employee performance is included in the good category (4) Employee competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance ( 5) Work experience has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (6) Employee competency and Work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (7) Employee competency and work experience simultaneously affect employee work performance. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of employee competence and work experience on employee work performance.Keywords: Employee Competency, Work Experience, Job PerformanceAbstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi bahwa Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Bandung masih kurang menerapkan kompetensi dan kurangnya pengalaman kerja dimana yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan Pada Seluruh Karyawan Golongan II BPPD Kota Bandung . Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Golongan II sebanyak 70 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Tingkat kompetensi termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik (2) Tingkat pengalaman kerja termasuk kategori baik (3) Tingkat prestasi kerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori baik (4) Kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (5) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan (6) Kompetensi karyawan dan Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan (7) Kompetensi karyawan dan pengalaman kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh kompetensi karyawan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Kompetensi Karyawan, Pengalaman Kerja, Prestasi Kerja Karyawan
