Abstract. Majelis taklim is one form of non-formal education, so the aspects of curriculum management in it is not adequately addressed and the result of the absence of managerial, sustainability activities and objectives of majelis taklim not achieved optimally. The purpose of this research is to know the management of curriculum of Majelis Taklim Conversion Diniyah Al-Ikhlas in the form of planning, implementation and supervision. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach then the data collection used is by observation, documentation and in-depth interviews.The results of this study show that; The curriculum planning adapts to the needs and conditions of the community, planning by creating an academic calendar and curriculum in general, then deliberating with the teacher to develop it harmonized with vision and mission. Implementation of curriculum with teaching and learning activities that take place every Monday and Thursday at 08.30-11.45, in a week student get eight kinds of subjects with different teacher and each class is supervised directly by the homeroom during the learning takes place. The curriculum monitoring conducted by the Majelis Taklim Conversion Diniyah Al-Ikhlas has two ways, namely structured and unstructured. Structured supervision is a Mid-term Examination and Semester Exam, unstructured supervision is a verbal supervision in the period of teaching and learning activities take place.Key Word: Management, Curriculum,Majelis TaklimAbstrak. Majelis taklim merupakan salah satu bentuk pendidikan non formal, sehingga aspek manajemen kurikulum didalamnya kurang cukup diperhatikan dan akibat dari tidak adanya manajerial, keberlangsungan kegiatan dan tujuan dari majelis taklim tidak tercapai dengan optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen kurikulum Majelis Taklim Konversi Diniyah Al-Ikhlas dalam bentuk perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Metode yang digunakan ialah study kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif maka pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan observasi, dokumentasi serta wawancara.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; Perencanaan kurikulum menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi yang ada di masyarakat, merencanakan dengan membuat sebuah kalender akademik dan kurikulum secara umum, kemudian memusyawarahkan dengan mudaris untuk mengembangkannya diselaraskan dengan visi-misi. Pelaksanaan kurikulum dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang berlangsung setiap hari senin dan kamis pukul 08.30-11.45 dalam sepekan santri mendapatkan delapan macam mata pelajaran dengan mudaris yang berbeda-beda dan setiap kelas diawasi langsung oleh wali kelas selama pembelajaran berlangsung. Pengawasan kurikulum yang dilakukan oleh Majelis Taklim Konversi Diniyah Al-Ikhlas memiliki dua cara, yaitu terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur. Pengawasan terstruktur merupakan Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS) dan Ujian Akhir Semester (UAS) dan pengawasan tidak terstruktur adalah pengawasan yang dilakukan secara lisan dalam masa kegiatan belajar mengajar berlangsung.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Kurikulum, Majelis Taklim
